Perfect for a couple on a romantic vacation, this is a 1-bedroom holiday home in Montepulciano, Tuscany. You can take refreshing dips in the shared swimming pool and relax on the sun terrace with loungers and parasol.
Walking for 2 km, you arrive at restaurants and supermarkets. At 4.9 km lies Montepulciano lake, where you can enjoy fishing. For a stroll in the evenings, the town center of Montepulciano is 11.6 km. The Trasimeno lake at 14.2 km is great to spend a pleasant day or enjoy a delightful visit by boat to one of the small islands. The towns of Cortona and Siena are great for day tours.
The centrally heated holiday home has a large kitchen with a TV so that you are not bored while cooking. You can carry your meal outdoors in the garden with outdoor furniture. You can be on the terrace with a refreshing drink to relax. Evenings are better with the hot barbecue in place.

Nice place to explore southern Tuscany. Spacious grounds with two houses to relax and swim. Very welcoming Alida.

She was not there on arrival but that does not matter much but did not really trouble to speak English .... The house was very small and very outdated. And it did not smell like it had just been polished. The pool was also freezing and that with a temperature of 30 degrees outside. With our 9 month old baby so no fun experience. Around pool was never turned lay full of twigs and the like. For us so no fun experience and no return.

We were received very warmly, with cake and wine.The pool, garden, location paradijs.Een a good restaurant within walking distance where you can eat and very friendly people.Also the towns of Siena, Montepulciano are places that must be seen .overall we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The location is fairly quiet in the farm to a sometimes noisy road between acquaviva and Pozzuolo. This house measuring approximately 38 m2 and consists of a living \/ dining room and a large bedroom with a double bed and an extra bedbank.flatscreen TV with Internet access in the bedroom. WiFi verbinding.Prachtige garden with a large lawn and a swimming pool with sun beds and parasols.De owner made free dinner.

Pleasant reception everything was ready well in advance and gave the feeling of being welcome. Own baked cake and jam gave extra pleasant feeling to this small but cozy apartment.

The accommodation is great for those who want a relaxing holiday. You can enjoy the peace and quiet and have a delicious meal across the street! There are also plenty of beautiful little villages and towns all around to visit. I would love to come back!
