Price-performance ratio is not right. Final billing for electricity was not mentioned beforehand and is very expensive. House looks great from the outside. The garden is also nice. Inside, it is very dark and the living room only has a table and chairs. Nothing to relax on. The bathroom urgently needs repairs. Wi-Fi is very weak. The kitchen is very nice and good. The welcome was very friendly. The cottage was really clean. The garden beautiful and quite large. Lots of privacy. The location and the environment is also recommended. However, what we did not know and is nowhere to be found is that we had to pay for the electricity after our stay. If you use the electric heaters, it can add up considerably. The boiler is also quite small, so you really have to pay attention if you want to shower with several people. Furthermore, I can really recommend the house. It is a beautiful house. Certainly in the summer it is a good holiday there. Keep in mind that it can be quite fresh early in the spring (April) in the evening. You really need the fireplace. Great location for the dog with enclosed garden. To go to beautiful cities or to the sea, you must be prepared to drive considerable distances by car. We were 3 people in this house and still missed a few things in the kitchen such as a large frying pan and large cooking pans. There is also nothing to beat whipped cream. We did not find cleaning products for the toilet bowl or wipes and mop. It is also ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet and a spacious outdoor area. Also the reception by Silvia Conti was fine in English. Only checking out was a bit more difficult as this was done by a friend of Silvia's who could not speak English and we did not speak Italian.

Those looking for a break from the big cities, this is the place. We spent a fantastic week with our Bernese Mountain dog on this vast estate. The journey is not for the faint of heart, because the roads are very curvy and the locals rush in spite of everything. The entire area is fenced and the country house in good shape - but you have to expect a design district. The only drawback of the building, the staircase to the upper floor is really tight - if somewhat unsteady on his feet is to be careful.
