A great combination between rest and activity. In and around the house, it is great to relax in the beautiful garden and orchard. The location provides a good opportunity to visit many beautiful things in Tocane, both calibrated places such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, etc., as the immediate area. Cummuniceren the owner is very difficult, which speaks only Italian though he does terrible his best to make it understandable.

A perfect home for a holiday in Tuscany. The house is after some searching truly equipped with all necessities. The location of the village is centrally Frassini and thus to also to lesser known places. Kinds of trips within a day The owner and his spouses are extremely friendly and with hands and feet and some knowledge of Italian is quite converse. Ask especially the man to his garden ........... -) I think next year we book a week. A ten!

House and terrace / garden was as promised. With dog is super, the omheining.Locatie is far from everywhere. The promised pool 3 km away was 6 km distances was closed. The arrival went well, beautiful surroundings, spacious space around the house, the owner was present at the agreed time. The accommodation was clean. Lesser aspects were that the sink did not drain properly, and that there were mosquito nets, but that there were so many holes in it that we had a lot of problems with mosquitoes inside (and outside too). We found it remarkable that we were emailed by the landlady asking for a copy of an ID. That really should have happened beforehand! This didn't feel very good at first; ID fraud is just around the corner, and we've never experienced this before. It is better than to arrange in advance from Topic Travel/Belvilla itself.

Two lovely weeks we and our two old German shepherds enjoyed this beautiful house with a big terrace and a magnificent view. From the cottage (last house of the village) you walk directly through a beautiful area, where our dogs could walk just loose. An absolute must for anyone who wants a holiday with "dogs allowed"! A large area, the orchard is one of them ... and everything you want omheind.En once a town without visiting the dogs ... they just can safely outside on the grounds of the house remain, everything is good afgesloten.We are 100% satisfied ... got what we wanted and were looking for!

Very sweet owners of Casa Gioai. With the dictionary ready, we could understand each other. We enjoyed the house, the garden and the surrounding area. The disadvantage is that the tourist info that can be found in the home, described better state than the reality is.

We center as young Famillie 30 and son 13 + dog. We were very satisfied. The nature and peace have done us good. Large lot with fruit trees, completely fenced. We really enjoyed it and will be back. Trips by car to the sea, Florence, Siena and surroundings are fantastic. So many curves I have not ridden in life! It really is worth it. Search for people nature peace and seclusion are right. The town Chiusdino is only 2 km away from the shops. And very nice addition I think built in the year 600 so really old. Well best go and enjoy yourself.

Very kindly received by the owner and his granddaughter. Very large and beautiful enclosed garden. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some holes in the fence, so our dog had escaped and we had to keep him on holiday. The house itself is very quiet, just outside the village. Ideally located to visit many cities of beautiful Tuscany (Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Volterra, ...).
