Very nicely located with a spacious layout. 11 persons with children, but you can see that in the photos. The decor is traditional, but neat and well polished. For the money we expected a little more luxury. Certainly keeping up with the (design) pool and the fact that no one has been there to bring the key was remarkable, but you have to look at it in Italian, don't worry too much.
