A quiet escape surrounded by nature! The pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the hills. The kids loved the playground in the garden. The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped, making our family stay very comfortable.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house with a gigantic garden. The reception was very friendly and flexible. (In advance) also had nice contact via WhatsApp with the owner. The house has basically everything you need, however, there is no coffee maker and no kettle. There is a percolator, and we boiled water in a pot, so it was fine in the end. I also missed hand soap, some cleaning product with a cleaning cloth, basic items like pepper, salt, and oil, and maybe a few toilet rolls instead of just one. In the end, you can buy this yourself, but if you travel by plane, you have to leave all of this behind. Furthermore, everything was well arranged, and it was a nice place to stay. Especially the garden was very nice to sit in and enjoy the peace and the sun, and large enough to play games like hide and seek together. The WiFi was good enough. The beds are a bit harder, but we slept well despite being used to a soft bed. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool due to our stay in April. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it!

Supermarket at 4 to 5 km away, but unfortunately not a good baker found. Tourist certainly not overcrowded area, distances to visit cities (Assisi, Siena, Montepulciano, Florence) are doable.

Our boys, eight and 10 years were able to enjoy spending time there until the moment we left to go somewhere. That was usually later in the afternoon because it was very hot. The garden is large, lots of grass, everything well maintained, shady trees and a verandah. The pool is large and clean. It is beautiful with views of the mountains and the valley. There is still a two-person cottage rented but those people were rarely at the pool so it seemed like a private pool. The owners (daughters speak English) are very sweet. They can cook for you but you should already ask previous day. We did it twice and it was blissful. Genuine italian, three courses and all equally delicious. For those who want to explore this beautiful part of Tuscany or for those who just do not feel the heat towns to visit but wish to read in the shade of one of the many typical Tuscan trees in the garden or by the pool, it can be both.
