If you are looking for a quiet place with swimming pool and beautifull view in Tuscany this is the right place. The old tower has spacy old fashion styled rooms but does not have air conditioning (in summer with T>35°C we missed it) and the bathroom on 1e level floor is quiet basic and small. But overall good quality for money and a lot of nice Tuscan and Umbrian villages to visit nearby with your car.

Very quiet area. Owner comes along every day, partly to control partly to see if you have any questions. Owner speaks some Italian, but does his best. Pool very well maintained, friendly people. The two mountain bikes we have not found, they might assist the home owner. Near many good restaurants and very cheap + tasty. 12 km supermarket, some local small neighborhood shops. Note Kitchen could be better + old gas range \/ oven

Very warm welcome with a snack and a drink, always nice after a long journey by car. The house is fantastic, a step back in time but the whole picture was very atmospheric. The swimming pool in the garden is super with a beautiful view of the surroundings.
