This holiday home in San Marcello Pistoiese is surrounded by the stunning Tuscan landscape. A family of 5 can easily be accommodated in this 3-bedroom holiday home. You can just relax on the private terrace amidst greenery and unwind yourself. The town of Campo Tizzoro is 2 km away, where you will find facilties like a bank. The picturesque town of San Marcello Pistoiese is 6km away, where you can go shopping or enjoy meals. You can easily reach all the art cities: Pistoia, Florence and Abetone within an hour's drive. Only 200 m from the house, there is a bar where you can taste delicious cappuccino. All around there are unspoiled forests, so perfect for wonderful walks. Do not forget to visit the famous Suspended Bridge and the Park of the Stars. If it rains, there are historical museums nearby. There is half an hectare of orchard, and a garden where you can sunbathe (on the deckchairs provided), everything is fenced in, plus there is a smaller enclosure called the "Dog House" the house is surrounded by a terrace where you can have lunch or sunbathe, a large barbecue with wheels you can cook where you want, at the end of the property under a majestic turkey oak the owner has made a large table with a bench where the children go to draw. Laundry facilties like washing machine and iron keep you free from laundry worries. Parking is on-site. Woodstove and heating are there for a cozy stay. Bicycles are available so that you can explore the area. You can also bring 3 of your pets for a small fee. The state railways are just 7 km from there you can reach all of Italy. Pisa Airport is 98 km away.

Wonderful home in the Pistoia Mountains. Very nice landlords who enriched our stay with great tips and were always approachable. The house offers everything you need and boasts a large garden with many areas to relax. Quietly located on the outskirts, you can enjoy your holiday here and at the same time it is a good starting point to visit e.g. Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The immediate area also has many attractions such as the Suspension Bridge or the invisible village of Lucchio and, of course, many hikes that you can take in a great landscape. We have enjoyed our stay.

We spent 10 days in this villa in the Tuscan mountains and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were looking for a quiet place to relax with the opportunity to do day trips to Florence and Lucca and to the beach. Our two dogs could be left alone in the huge, terraced garden, which was completely fenced in. The house is very space, with a large living room-dining room area and open kitchen. The best feature is the huge panorama terrace with a beautiful view over the valley and the georgious countryside. It's the last house in a quiet side street and there is only forest after that. Good food shops within 10 mins reach. If you need a big supermarket - it's half an hour away, out of the mountains, in Pistoia . Our hosts were wonderful - thank you again Carlo and Cinzia - already getting in contact via Whatsapp while we were traveling to Italy and accompanying us throughout our holiday in the background, with many good suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Nothing was too much for them, we really appreciated their help a lot. So, if you look for a quiet mountain stay in a comfortable house and location, this is it! We would definitely go back.
