We spent 10 days in this villa in the Tuscan mountains and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were looking for a quiet place to relax with the opportunity to do day trips to Florence and Lucca and to the beach. Our two dogs could be left alone in the huge, terraced garden, which was completely fenced in. The house is very space, with a large living room-dining room area and open kitchen. The best feature is the huge panorama terrace with a beautiful view over the valley and the georgious countryside. It's the last house in a quiet side street and there is only forest after that. Good food shops within 10 mins reach. If you need a big supermarket - it's half an hour away, out of the mountains, in Pistoia . Our hosts were wonderful - thank you again Carlo and Cinzia - already getting in contact via Whatsapp while we were traveling to Italy and accompanying us throughout our holiday in the background, with many good suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Nothing was too much for them, we really appreciated their help a lot. So, if you look for a quiet mountain stay in a comfortable house and location, this is it! We would definitely go back.

Needed some rest before hitting the road and I definitely got it. The bedrooms accommodated our family of five well, and the private terrace was perfect for unwinding after busy days out.

Would definitely rebook without any doubts. There was ample space for everyone, plus having that BBQ outside added excitement to our meals. We also appreciated being near San Marcello Pistoiese for shopping and dining.

Slow mornings on the terrace with a view of nature were very pleasant. We really enjoyed the lush surroundings.

Wonderful home in the Pistoia Mountains. Very nice landlords who enriched our stay with great tips and were always approachable. The house offers everything you need and boasts a large garden with many areas to relax. Quietly located on the outskirts, you can enjoy your holiday here and at the same time it is a good starting point to visit e.g. Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The immediate area also has many attractions such as the Suspension Bridge or the invisible village of Lucchio and, of course, many hikes that you can take in a great landscape. We have enjoyed our stay.

The owners are very nice people, you can ask everything, got good info if there was something to do in the neighborhood. Home and garden are top, very quiet. Definitely recommended for people with dogs who love tranquility, many hiking opportunities in the near neighborhood. Is a region and certainly worth the property to come back sometime. Bravo to the owners, big plume.

Well equipped holiday home. Friendly welcome. Get regular tips from the owner what to do in the area. Also plenty to do for our children. Shopping at 5 minutes by car. Very large garden with lots of shade. Very large balcony where it is good to relax.

The owners had already contacted us beforehand. We liked this very much, we immediately felt welcome. When we arrived, the owners were immediately ready for a very hospitable tour. Our dog was also enthusiastically welcomed. The accommodation is in a unique location with a beautiful view. The location itself is ideal for people with a dog (enough space in and around the house).
