Holiday home in Gemmano. The house itself has everything to offer. Especially, there was a living unit available for each family with its own bathroom and toilet. Otherwise, everything we needed was on-site: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher. Unfortunately, there was no coffee machine for filter coffee, which I regretted, but it is not a problem. I just brewed my coffee myself. The holiday home with a large pool and what was actually priceless, a fantastic view all the way to the Adriatic!! The place Gemmano feels like it's on a mountain, so the drive to and from was quite adventurous over winding and rather narrow roads. The way to the beach was about 15 km, the beach itself was very good for us. No fees, toilets, and a beach bar for drinks and light snacks available. San Marino and Rimini invite you for a city stroll. Nearby there are also good restaurants, but a vehicle is always necessary, as well as supermarkets. Our contact person was on-site 3 times, awaited us upon arrival, showed us into the holiday home, and before departure made sure that everything was in order. Thanks to Ivan at this point. We were able to communicate in German. The written exchange took place with Google Translate and was also not a problem. All in all, a very good vacation.

The villa was beautiful and the pool was great. Everything you need was there. The owner was very nice and always reachable; we could communicate well in English. A completely successful stay.

Had a wonderful time! The villa was well-equipped and the location picturesque. We enjoyed visiting nearby towns like Montefiore Conca and Saludecio during our stay.

The description of the house corresponded to reality. The house is very quiet and is equipped with the latest equipment. Unfortunately, the heating did not work properly and had to be restarted all the time. The promise that a plumber who was there once would come back was not fulfilled. It was recommended to use the air conditioning for heating. This was not possible because when two devices were switched on, the fuse for the entire house almost regularly failed and had to be switched on again at the fuse box outside the house

Beautiful villa with a fantastic view, We spent evenings on the terrace enjoying the sunset, The only downside was the heating situation, but it was manageable,
