This residence is located in the center of Lido degli Estensi and only 150m from the beach. The Residence is an ideal place for families with children. All apartments are equipped with modern furnishings and have a terrace or balcony. The apartments can accommodate families of up to 4 people, with a double bedroom, and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
The beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The centre is 300 m away from where you can shop and so are the general supplies for buying daily essentials required for the stay. If you enjoy swimming, then the public swimming pool is also at a short distance away. There are many tourist attractions worth visiting.
A baby bed is available upon request (for a fee). Parking on the public road, for a fee. The home has a cosy balcony where you can start the day with a meal of your choice. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious homemade meals. A baby bed is also available upon request.

Externally the building is ok, but internally it's a bit shabby.We had work problems and had to move the 4 days holidays, so we were content with what was available, but the apartment that is he was assigned one room less than the first one and we paid only 22 € less for 10 days than the first booking even though the building had several empty apartments that responded to our request. Therefore negative quality / price ratio.

This apartment is near the beach and a nice canal where a ferry regularly crosses over to the town across the street. There are many restaurants and shops in the area and it is a good place to make beautiful trips. It lies in the Po delta area and therefore has a lot of beautiful nature in the area. Here you can also find flamingos.We found the apartment fine, had a nice balcony, a kitchen etc. and it was neat and schoon.On arrival we were very good and friendly hulp.Kortom we have had a wonderful holiday here.
