Description
This family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful Marina Village/Mare e Pineta holiday complex in Lido di Spina. The holiday village is located on the gently sloping Adriatic Sea and is therefore ideal for families. The well-kept holiday village has all the amenities for a perfect family holiday. A large swimming pool complex with adult and children's pools with water games, a supermarket, bazaar, kiosk, playground and a wide range of sports facilities are all part of the holiday complex. There is also a mini club/entertainment for children as well as an entertainment programme for adults. The holiday village has a pizzeria and a restaurant serving international cuisine. There is also a physiotherapist, hairdresser, beauty treatments, hydromassage, solarium, sauna, games room, public telephones and medical service in the resort. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. Wifi can be used free of charge (limited) in the holiday complex. There is a riding school nearby. The centre of Lido di Spina is within easy walking distance. The holiday village is located inside the Po Delta Park and has been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its magnificent landscape and outstanding natural ecosystem.
The brick-built Tipo3 accommodation for a maximum of 7 people consists of a master bedroom and two children's bedrooms, each with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate an additional person. SAT-TV available. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The two bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin and WC. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Bed linen and air conditioning are included. A travel cot and high chairs (for a fee) are also available (please reserve when booking). Barbecues are permitted, but only with gas. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 3.5h. Half or full board can be booked on site on request. A car park directly at the accommodation is included. A parasol and 2 sunbeds on the beach are included for each flat (2024). Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 03.08.-25.08.2024 arrival and departure is possible daily (minimum stay is 10 nights). In the period from 18.05.-02.08.2024 and from 26.08.-08.09.2024 the arrival and departure is possible daily (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful sandy beach adjacent to the holiday complex has both a large free beach area and a large private beach, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. One parasol and 2 sunbeds are included for each flat on the beach (2024). The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. Various water sports facilities are available to guests. A windsurfing and canoeing school offer you the opportunity to try something new. There is also a jogging track, a beach volleyball court, a football pitch and archery facilities within the area between the holiday village and the beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing, reading a book or taking part in one of the many sports activities.
POOL
For those who love swimming and fun, there is a swimming pool complex with 4 pools for children and adults. There is plenty of space for swimming, frolicking or playing in the water. The slide and water games provide fun and entertainment for the little ones. For those who simply want to enjoy the sun, read a good book or doze off, comfortable loungers at the edge of the pools guarantee relaxation.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Every day there are games tournaments where you can test your luck. There is a mini club for children. Your children will have lots of fun and make lots of new friends. There is also a lovely playground for the children to run around in. In the evenings, you will be entertained with musical performances on stage or a fashion show for the beauty pageant. If you want to get active, there is plenty of choice. Whether it's basketball, archery, spinning or boccia, you have plenty of options.
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice. You can choose from football, basketball, archery, spinning, boccia, tennis or a fitness studio. On the beach you can surf, play beach volleyball or beach tennis. Have you ever been canoeing? You can do that too. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you don't want to cook for yourself but want to indulge in culinary delights, the holiday village also has a restaurant, a pizzeria and a snack bar with take-away. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in designated accommodation with prior notification at the time of booking. There is a great, fenced dog area under the pine trees where you can play with your dog and he can let off steam.

It has a sauna, hydromassage, solarium, physiotherapist. For your beauty, a hairdresser and cosmetic treatments are at your disposal.

LOCATION
The beach can be easily reached via a shady footpath in less than 5 minutes. The centre of Lido di Spina with bars, restaurants and other shops can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Lido di Spina is located approx. 60 km south of Chioggia on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Here you can relax in the beautiful natural surroundings with numerous pine groves. The area around Lido di Spina is ideal for birdwatchers and hikers. The town also has many restaurants and cafés where you can linger. If you would like to learn more about culture, you can visit the "Remo Brindisi" Museum of Contemporary Art. The Po Delta Park in Emilia Romagna is located in an unspoilt environment and is a precious treasure of pine groves, impressive forests and lagoons. It is also home to 300 different species of birds, which is why this place is very popular with birdwatching enthusiasts and those who love a holiday in the countryside in contact with nature. Because of its beautiful surroundings and its excellent natural ecosystem, the Po Delta Park has been recognised by UNESCO. There are many ways to discover the Po Delta: on foot, by bike, on horseback or by boat. A walk or bike ride can be rounded off in one of the many restaurants scattered around the area, all of which offer delicious, typical local dishes. If you prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun) in Ravenna. In Ferrara itself you will find dozens of restaurants, bars and cafés where you can savour local delicacies. If you want to visit Venice, you can do so in about 1 hour by car.
