This accommodation is a hidden gem! The garden was a wonderful place to relax in the sun, and having a local restaurant just a short walk away was a big plus. We loved trying the handmade tortellini there.

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Nord was absolutely charming. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed brunch every morning in the lovely garden, and the nearby restaurant, just a short walk away, served some of the best local dishes. The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere on the cool evenings. Highly recommended for families!

A great host who immediately helped us when we asked for wood for the fireplace. He gave us an excellent hiking tip with a map, and his advice to eat at the nearby restaurant was also very valuable.

We had a pleasant stay at Belvilla. The house was clean and spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms. It was nice to have a dedicated workspace since my partner had to catch up on some work. The location, although rural, offered beautiful views and many cycling paths. Just a note about the check-in times.

The contact with the owner, Mario is very pleasant. The apartment is very clean, spacious for four people and looks very characteristic out. The landlord even gave the wood at night to light the fireplace. The area is very peaceful, a Lidl is about 7 kilometers away, just opposite the apartment is a pizzeria if you do not want to go shopping. The Ferarri museum in Maranello, 20 minutes is a great attraction, like wine farms where you can do tours or taste. We went to Aljano, Via Figno in Scandiano.Alles together we had a very nice holiday in this apartment and can recommend it if you want to opt for a peaceful holiday in Italy.

A wonderful place with stunning views and breathtaking sunsets, Just half an hour from Modena, The host was very helpful and provided us with a table outside when we asked for it, There is a fantastic local restaurant nearby, Parking was easy, and the nights were calm and quiet, There are great hiking trails nearby, especially from the nearby pub, which also offers wonderful views, The two bedrooms were perfect for our little family, It was exactly what we needed.
