The 3-bedroom holiday home in Ca' De' Grimaldi is ideal for families or small groups. This place can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located in a small quiet place, this home has a living room with fireplace perfect for a family getogether.
The nearest restaurant is 100 m away if you wish to try out the local delicacies. Nothing can beat a day at the lakeside; the lake is only 50 m away. If you run out of your essentials, supermarket in Castellarana is only 6 km away.
A heating system is in place to keep you cozy in the winters. A bicycle is available on rent at your request. 1 pet is allowed on the property when informed prior arrival.
The check-in time for the apartment is 5-8 PM and checkout time is 9-10 AM.

Arrival was well arranged. Accommodation was nice and clean and well cared for. Setting was beautiful. The host was particularly friendly and helpful. He gave nice tips !!

A simple and simple house. However, the house was spotless on arrival. The cottage is owned by Mario. A very cordial Italian who welcomes you with a bottle of his delicious homemade wine. The mountain village is small and quiet. But there is 1 restaurant. We had a delicious meal here for a very reasonable price. Beautiful cities such as Modena and Emilia Romagna at Max 40 min drive. If you go for peace and quiet and don't expect luxury, this is a very good stay!

Mario and family are superb hosts where nothing is a problem very generous with local knowledge. Beautiful area of Emilio Rogmagna to explore. Good to have a car as so much to see from Parma ham to Parmigiano reggianno to balsamic... Staying at Mario's is a. Very comfortable experience... I would definitely go back x

Very warmly received by owner who gave a tour of the appartement.Accommodation was very neat and clean. This is a beautifully restored farmhouse situated in the heart of the village, with authentic features. Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet. The village itself is located on top of a hill / mountain with beautiful views.Environment invites to mountain biking. We stayed here as a base for visits to the factories and museums of Ferrari, Pagani and Maserati. These are located in Maranello and Modena. You can also find Lamborghini and Ducati there. The journey time to these places is about 20 to 40 minutes by car.

A super nice host, clean accommodation and beautiful surroundings. Perhaps as a suggestion, a fan wouldn't be bad in hot weather and air conditioning in the main room. But not a point of criticism, because you know where you are going. Keep it up !!!
