Our stay in Montebabbio with Mario in apartment Aia was fantastic. The welcome was warm and the host speaks perfect English. The cottage is basic, everything you need is there and we even got to know Italian coffee because there was a percolator available. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, and upon request, there were also chairs and a table provided outside. The interaction with our children was pleasant. There is a restaurant around the corner and the food there is delicious. The surroundings are beautiful and you can literally go in all directions to the surrounding villages and cities. We visited the Ferrari and Lamborghini museum. Our host Mario also gave us good tips on what we could do in the area.

Mario and family are superb hosts where nothing is a problem very generous with local knowledge. Beautiful area of Emilio Rogmagna to explore. Good to have a car as so much to see from Parma ham to Parmigiano reggianno to balsamic... Staying at Mario's is a. Very comfortable experience... I would definitely go back x

A simple and simple house. However, the house was spotless on arrival. The cottage is owned by Mario. A very cordial Italian who welcomes you with a bottle of his delicious homemade wine. The mountain village is small and quiet. But there is 1 restaurant. We had a delicious meal here for a very reasonable price. Beautiful cities such as Modena and Emilia Romagna at Max 40 min drive. If you go for peace and quiet and don't expect luxury, this is a very good stay!

This is a beautifully restored farmhouse situated in the heart of the village, with authentic features. Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet. The village itself is located on top of a hill / mountain with beautiful views.Environment invites to mountain biking. We stayed here as a base for visits to the factories and museums of Ferrari, Pagani and Maserati. These are located in Maranello and Modena. You can also find Lamborghini and Ducati there. The journey time to these places is about 20 to 40 minutes by car.
