Large two-room apartment on the ground floor with living room, kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, a covered terrace with its own garden overlooking the living room, a small terrace with a large enclosed rear garden, closed garage. Excellent traditional furnishings, large fridge, washing machine, safe, satellite TV, lake view from the grounds. The residence consists of 48 apartments. Not suitable for group travel.
