The elegant two-rooms apartment Perla del Garda is located in Lazise, in panoramic position in a quiet apartment complex with swimming pool overlooking the lake and a nice garden where it is possible to sunbathe. Near the swimming pool there is a bathroom at guests disposal (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09).
The best part of the apartment is surely the 24sqm covered terrace where it is possible to enjoy the view of the opposite side of the lake, Bardolino, Garda, Lazise, Peschiera and the castle of Sirmione. The big terrace is equipped with sunshades, table, chairs and a nice barbecue to enjoy open-air dinners. As this part of the town is on the hill top, it has got the best view of Lazise and also during the summer the apartment is very fresh. Anyway, there are also two ventilators at disposal.
The apartment is located on the upper floor and is composed by a bright living room with kitchenette equipped with tableware and pots, cooker, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and mixer. Right at the entrance of the apartment you will find a nice wardrobe with shoe drawers. The living room is furnished with a big table with chairs, a double-bed sofa (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult) and a single sofa bed. This relax area can be divided by the lunch area with a nice curtain to garantee more privacy. Bedroom with double bed and a big wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, wash basin, hair dryer and WC. Underfloor heating.
To guarantee your relax, in the apartment TV is not available but you will have a big choice of books and free wifi. Secure parking near the apartment at disposal. There is also a garage at guests’ disposal to park your bikes. In the garage you will also find a washing machine. No smokers’ apartment. Pets not allowed.
The total price consists in:

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant

I came for the first time here on Lake Garda in 1998 and I remained wordless! Green hills surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and in the background the deep blue of the lake! The climate was mild, the sky was blue and bright. I breathed sea air even though I was on Lake Garda. There was typically tasty food from lake fishermen, traditional Veneto cuisine and refined innovation capable of satisfying the most demanding tastes. I discovered many opportunities to practice different sports, such as golf, canyoning and paraflying. I was then convinced to stay here. I have been working in the tourism sector for 24 years.
