Very small. No privacy at all. Terrace of 4 × 3 is shared with other appartent. You sit together on your lap. Environment is still doing a good job.

I found it a nice week here. The surrounding area is beautiful, the pool is big enough and clean. What I was sorry for was that the TV did not work well, if we wanted to watch the TV in the evenings, there were few channels and the quality of the TV itself. The time of check-in and check-out seemed unreasonable. Arrived on Saturday at 3 o'clock and checked out the following saturday at 7 o'clock in the morning. You paid for the whole of Saturday while you are already on my way home, I do not think that's okay. What I also regretted was the quality of the plates there are a lot of scratches and it is time to replace those plates. You can visit many places from this accommodation. You can take a day to Verona or to Gardaland, Milan or Venice etc. Lake Garda is easy to reach you are there within 10 minutes, at Lake Garda you can also climb the mountains which was a nice getaway with the family for us. In short it was a nice week and we have seen a lot. TIP The roof of the attic is very low if you have any longer people in the family .gr family odunze

The apartment is wonderfully central and quarter of the motorway. Venice and Milan about 2 hours, Verona 3 quarter. Cottage is not large, but neat and functional. Well living room / kitchen with just a sofa. This is something different in Italy. The final cleaning fee (60 €) is very high for this small property. We were on the first floor and had nice balcony. Girl at reception very nice. 1 tip the gate at the exit turns towards you. Keep enough distance.

Very clean house. Good reception. In the kitchen is everything, everything is considered. Clear agreements in advance what should and should not be paid. Parking is free, but there would be more shadow may be. Car often stands in the sun. Holiday is a bit hard to find. The domain is locked and only accessible to the sojourners. Many shops in the area. Not far from Lake Garda. There are many nice towns in the area. Easily accessible from the motorway. We sat right next to the pool. This had the advantage that from our patio literally could jump into the pool, but the disadvantage we had some noise from the other pool users.

A beautifully designed small-scale holiday park. Our first floor apartment was spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The second bedroom was under the roof. I could not stand it, but the children did not find it a problem. The balcony was in full sun almost all day and it shines a lot in August. The umbrella was far too small and was constantly changing so the balcony was only useful in the morning. The swimming pool is big enough, was clean and had plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately, we did not have the many mosquitoes in the barbeque to use.

We were received nicely. The atmosphere and ambiance of the Garda lake is beautiful. Our holiday house was a bit out of the way, but we like that. We prefer to avoid the crowds in tourist places around Lake Garda

The arrival was fine. The accommodation was good, but the beds in the loft were fine for our small children, but certainly not for adults. Bad thin beds. Furthermore, good pool and good sandwich service and great to discover the Garda Lake through this place

The location and the pool is fine. Nice also that your dog is allowed. The apartment is in principle also fine, only the furniture is very dated. A mattress with springs in your back, a decrepit old Ikea sofa bed as a sofa and the blankets were old, felted, faded and only usable as packing material. A setback, not very "belvilla".

Apartment is super clean. However, we were on the first floor and those are different apartments than the ground floor. Shower is very small, little storage space. For example, no towel holder or hooks in the bathroom. 3 x a wasp nest that fortunately was removed fairly quickly. Holder of the umbrella was broken that took a little longer before we got a new one. And this one was of such poor quality that it broke after 1 day. Refrigerator door was broken, fridge light. Mattresses are very bad. It was the little things that made it annoying. We didn't even mention some things. Because the lady (Dominique) who arranged it was already sighing when we arrived. Not friendly either. Again the complex is clean. But not for us anymore
