The Baita is located in the San Rocco district, just 30 m from the Amerikan ski elevator and 150 m from the Carousel 3000 gondola. The apartment is ideal for winter sports and nature lovers.
In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and entertainment venues. The free ski bus stops in front of the house with the blue, red and yellow lines. In the center of Livigno you can immerse yourself in the luxury atmosphere with designer shops. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk on the hiking trails next to the bike path here.
There are a total of 6 apartments with spacious, bright rooms and elegant and original furnishings. The bathroom is equipped with luxury and comfort and you can end the evening relaxing on the terrace.
We offer a discount on ski passes of min. 6 days, € 10 for adults and € 5 for junior (8 to 15 years) and senior (from 65 years), except for families of 2 adults + 2 or more children and groups of 20 or more people.

We were in Livigno around half past ten in the morning. We were warmly received at the booking agency. The apartment was already ready, we just had to wait for the ski passes. They still had to be met. Apartment is good. Beds are fine. Duvets are on the short side. bathroom is fine. Apartment has 1 parking space in the garage. Super nice. apartment is on the ski slope. From the elevator that sits there you can go up and then slant down to the gondola where you can enter the entire area. WiFi was very bad. You pay 10 euros per week and then you get the code. But I wouldn't pay 10 euros for it anymore since you have almost no WiFi. You are in fact with the entire block on 1 WiFi account.

Nice and cozy apartment, close to a ski lift. Apartment is next to an open area where children can play well in the snow. Furthermore, the house is within walking distance of a supermarket. Livigno is a top location for winter sports. By altitude snow sure, and in the absence of snow pistes are being prepared with artificial snow.
