The Baita is located in the San Rocco district, just 30 m from the Amerikan ski elevator and 150 m from the Carousel 3000 gondola. The apartment is ideal for winter sports and nature lovers.
In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and entertainment venues. The free ski bus stops in front of the house with the blue, red and yellow lines. In the center of Livigno you can immerse yourself in the luxury atmosphere with designer shops. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk on the hiking trails next to the bike path here.
There are a total of 6 apartments with spacious, bright rooms and elegant and original furnishings. The bathroom is equipped with luxury and comfort and you can end the evening relaxing on the terrace.
