A nice authentic Italian family house. The house is built against the mountain and is located directly on the road to the village. The house consists of the ground floor where there are 2 apartments. The upper floor is occupied by the family. The small garden is on the side of the house adjacent to the terrace/balcony that runs around the house. There is plenty of space outside. Both sun and shade. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped; a kettle would be handy, for example. Just like some simple cleaning supplies to refresh the bathroom and mop the floors in between. For stays with dogs, it is not recommended. There is no possibility to properly walk the dog in the immediate vicinity of the house. In other words, a great, basic vacation accommodation with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains.

We chose the accommodation to visit the national park. Since it is a bit further away, the map of the national park was not sufficient to navigate by train; otherwise, the train connections were really good. The accommodation was situated slightly higher than Moneglia; you can walk down for half an hour or take a local bus that runs about every 2 hours (tickets are not sold on the bus). Parking was good, with space on the premises. The decor of the room was generally okay (coffee taken, towels so I didn't see them). The hostess welcomed us upon arrival and was very accessible (lives on the second floor); the prior communication was excellent, and if any problems arose, she asked to be called. There was a restaurant nearby that we unfortunately could not reach due to lack of time. There is a view from the terrace, if there is time to sit and relax.

A very nice holiday. On the ground floor is the garage of the owners. On the 1st floor the two holiday homes and live on the 2nd floor of the owners. They are very nice and are good with English from the feet. Beautiful garden around the house and a small playground for small children. The house is in the hills about 3 km from the center of Moneglia. Nice porch with even the sea visible in the distance. Good base for trips to to Cinque Terre, Genoa and Portofina. We have done these trips by train from Moneglia. Good parking at the station and the prices for train tickets they quite acceptable. We also had another beautiful day so we had a great week.

Beautiful omgeving.Treinstation Moneglia offers all possibilities to explore surroundings. Moneglia is a pleasant town with nice restaurants and nice beach. A very nice holiday. On the ground floor is the garage of the owners. On the 1st floor the two holiday homes and live on the 2nd floor of the owners. They are very nice and are good with English from the feet. Beautiful garden around the house and a small playground for small children. The house is in the hills about 3 km from the center of Moneglia. Nice porch with even the sea visible in the distance. Good base for trips to to Cinque Terre, Genoa and Portofina. We have done these trips by train from Moneglia. Good parking at the station and the prices for train tickets they quite acceptable. We also had another beautiful day so we had a great week.
