Well equipped and maintained villa with large garden, gate, private driveway (between the olive trees) and parking. Whether you are sitting by the pool, on the terrace, in the garden, in the kitchen, the living room or in one of the 3 most beautiful bedrooms (the fourth is slightly less charming), you always have a fantastic view over Lago Trasimeno, with amazing sunsets. Everything is immaculate and well maintained. Good beds. Cozy furnished with quality materials and appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessities and even a welcome pack with coffee, drinks, chocolate, shampoo bottles… and last but not least: a very warm and friendly welcome by owner Margherita, who gives tips and immediately solves any question or problem (she lives in the neighborhood). Have rented many holiday homes and this is in our top 3!

Clean and comfortable accommodation, The villa is located in a quiet area and is thus a great retreat, We enjoyed a few days of relaxation by the pool and some local excursions, The nearby dining options were convenient, and we particularly liked the Ristorante al Borgo, A solid choice for a group vacation, although we found that some amenities could be updated a bit.

A peaceful retreat! The gardens were beautiful, and the pool was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We brought our dog, and it was nice to have a pet-friendly option. Just what we needed!

This villa is really a vibe! Spacious, cozy, and quietly perfect for a group of friends. The private pool is a summer dream, and the view is straight out of a postcard. Cortona's charm is just a short walk away, which is a big plus. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Spacious and welcoming! The layout allowed everyone to have their own space while coming together for meals and relaxation. The tennis court was a fun addition, and we managed to fit in some matches as well. We would definitely return.

Anyone who loves dogs is in the right place, there is a very sweet dog that you can take out of the kennel (and very pathetic if guests don't...). Two double beds are a bit short for tall Dutch people (1.90). The village of Magione is not nice, but there are other nice places in the area.

The villa was FANTASTIC! Really what your money for. We had brought some things with us, such as toilet paper, hairdryer, ... Everything was provided. From the tiniest necessities to the most used. You really come home there! Margarita made us feel at home from the first moment! Once you're there, you don't even have to explore or look for places to get a nice view. All in all, a topper of a villa!
