This exotic 3-bedroom farmhouse is in Castiglione del Lago. It is ideal for groups of friends or a family and can accommodate 6 guests. It has a shared swimming pool for you to unwind and relax on a hot summer day.
Restaurants and grocery stores are 3 km from the farmhouse in the town center.
Central heating is available for your convenience. There is a living room with a fireplace to spend some time together. With outdoor furniture and barbecues in place, you can host great evening parties. This farmhouse offers play equipment for the little ones while a cot can be rented. A match of table tennis can be enjoyed with your dear ones in leisure hours. Bicycles are also provided. 2 pets are allowed on the property.
You can check-in to the home between 4-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Nice greeted by the owner. Just had to call him if there was something even though it was night. Accommodation looked neat. Furniture was a bit creaky to pour, but I do not look at that. Beautiful to very nice view from the house and pool. Swimming pool was cleaned by owner himself in the morning with the vacuum cleaner and planting was sprayed. The only drawback is the children had almost nothing just the pool. There is certainly no wifi.

Excellent environment, location. Ideal to relax and come and well rusten.Vooral from the charming villages in the area are a must and for little money just 2 hours by train, you're the center of Rome.

The owner was present on arrival. Had a short tour. Apartment was old, dark and not well clean. No balcony. Owner was friendly and easily accessible. When we were bothered by rats at the waste containers, he arranged the garbage collection service. Environment is beautiful. View from the pool was super. Many places of interest nearby.

A fine and large house in a beautiful location. Owners are very friendly and excellent screens not bothered by mosquitoes. For the golf enthusiast: a three hour drive is a beautiful golf course. Antognolla Golf, Str. San Giovanni del Pantano Perugia, tel +39 075 5841478. Golf Trolley is wise!

The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the garden and pool were very pleasant. The house is very nice and authentic, the kitchen does not offer many opportunities to cook extensive and there is only one fan. Fortunately, there are anywhere mosquitoes windows (which here and there some holes showed), so that "at night the windows were open. Put the owner is very friendly and helpful and speak fortunately some french. Nearby there is a supermarket, a good restaurant and an ice cream parlor with very tasty ice. the lake is nearby and there are also a number of towns in the area that are worth to visit.

This was our second visit to this apartment and also our last visit. It was very basic, we knew from the last time and that is fine in itself. But now it was even just bad. Furnishings are really in need of replacement. There is no chair where you can sit relax on. I even went through a chair and got me there best to hurt. In addition, it was downright dirty, although the owner or offered to send another cleaner. By then I had already done it. The outside furniture is also old and rusty or broken. It is laughable when the owner comes to water the plants in the pots. Unfortunately, last at this address. We make several years of use Belvilla, but this really was not Belvilla-worthy. Too bad!

Beautiful location. The apartment is functional and practical. If you want luxury then you should not choose. On the other hand, it is very tidy and spacious. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the hills. The owner is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A must for those who are sick for rest, culture and nature!
