Although we arrived clearly before 4:00 PM, we were able to move into the apartment already, and the landlord gifted us with olive oil from his own production, which was very kind. The apartment with a fireplace and a terrace facing east and south is well laid out and offers a wonderful view. Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment and the furnishings revealed some shortcomings. The oven and the trays still showed dirt, some of the coated pans were very scratched, and some pots were partially unusable. The two armchairs (too few for an apartment for 5 people) were sagging, the covers worn out, and the toilet seats loose. In one of the bedrooms, the wardrobe doors and drawers no longer closed, or the hinge screws were loose. That is dangerous. Due to the comparatively low rent, we are willing to overlook some deficiencies. We recommend random checks by the intermediary agency to see if the apartments still match the descriptions (which are apparently years old) and to rule out safety deficiencies. Because the location of the apartment is a good starting point for attractive destinations like Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, and many other beautiful places in Umbria. C. Michler, Thuringia, Germany

We had a great time at Belvilla by Oyo Glicine! The location is amazing, surrounded by olive trees and close to beautiful towns like Assisi.
