We had a great time at Belvilla by OYO Marchese! The location is amazing, surrounded by olive trees and nature. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of exploring nearby towns like Assisi and Spoleto. The only thing I can say is that the WiFi could be a bit stronger, but it didn't bother us too much.

The building is located in a large garden with several seating areas and a swimming pool. There is an excellent and attractive restaurant in the same building with a garden terrace.
The apartment was clean. The welcome was friendly.
The central location makes many excursions possible: Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Perugia, Montefalco, Bevagna. Everything can be reached within 35 minutes at most.
Negatives: Limited kitchen equipment. Very weak WiFi: i.e. no reception in the apartment, only in the stairwell and restaurant. Missing parasol on the terrace.

We had a very nice holiday in Villa Marchese! The apartment is spacious with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is basically furnished, but she's definitely okay. That was super! We made trips to Assisi and Spoleto. If you come from the north of Italy, take the best real motorway and not the alternative highway through Ravenna. Spacious apartment on the 2nd floor with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a large roof terrace. Various cities visited Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia. Nice walk in the area. The kids loved the delicious poolside. Stefano, Nicoletta and Sergio and are welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant is recommended.

We had a very nice holiday in Villa Marchese! The apartment is spacious with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is basically furnished, but she's definitely okay. The roof terrace is very large and has always daytime somewhere sun / shadow. The owners are very helpful, though they do not speak much English. With an Italian word you get very far. On the ground floor of the flats there is a typical Umbrian restaurant. Only on Saturday there is pizza, but that is definitely recommended. There is WIFI, but only near the restaurant / staircase and this is fairly slow. The owners are brother and sister. Stefano has brought us to the village of Gualdo and it gave us a tour. That was super! We made trips to Assisi and Spoleto. If you come from the north of Italy, take the best real motorway and not the alternative highway through Ravenna. Which is in very poor condition and not good for the car.

Great friendly people where we immediately felt at ease. The owner makes delicious wine that we have tasted with a nice explanation. The view from the apartment was beautiful. The pool was also a big plus with the warm weather. Highly recommended!
