You can go on trips to Lake Alviano, Lake Vico and Lake Bolsena which are 8.5 km, 40 km and 28 km away from the residence.
The villa has a naturally made swimming pool where the water is filtered with salt and magnesium. In the immediate surroundings of the villa, you can find olive groves, fields, woods and many fruit trees.

Beautiful environment and excellent base. Very good food in restaurant with cooking from the garden. Unique plunge. Good facilities.

Very nice environment where the house is beautifully situated on the hill. We arrived a bit early, Daniella the owner gave us a good tip for lunch. House was beautiful and clean. The restaurant is run by Sylvia, the daughter of Daniella, who cooks very nice with lots of fresh vegetables and herbs from their own garden. The pool is more beautiful than you would expect from the photos, very nice. There is a lot to see in the area, such as the cathedral of Orvieto and the organic winery of Sergio Mottura in the nearby village. Lake Bolsena is recommended clear water, good place to snorkel and rent a speed boat.

Beautiful large villa with spacious bedrooms. The veranda in particular is lovely, always a good shaded spot with plenty of seating. Large kitchen for self-catering. Also used the outdoor BBQ, the owner made sure we got wood to burn with it. Swimming pool is nice and close, many beach beds to use and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Eating at the restaurant at the cottage is also recommended, homemade 4-course dinner with real Italian dishes. Easy to contact the owner, gave tips for activities in the area. In short, great stay!
