This cottage with a tower is located in Graffignano, Rome on the top of a hill. It is surrounded by a beautiful organic farm with a 360-degree view of the Monte Soratte, Monte Cimino, the lake of Alviano and Castiglione. Having 2 bedrooms and a WiFi, this villa is a comfortable stay for 6 persons.
You can go on trips to Lake Alviano, Lake Vico and Lake Bolsena which are 8.5 km, 40 km and 28 km away from the residence.
The villa has a naturally made swimming pool where the water is filtered with salt and magnesium. In the immediate surroundings of the house, you can find olive groves, fields, woods and many fruit trees.
In the vegetable garden, you can find pumpkins, courgettes, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, beans, peas, and lettuce. There are multiple options for outdoor dining around the place.

Beautiful environment and excellent base. Very good food in restaurant with cooking from the garden. Unique plunge. Good facilities.

we were received most friendly by the hostess. Getting past was no problem. The cottage was fine, fully equipped. Only comfortable chairs were missing on the terrace. The view is spectacular and the pool delicious. We have made beautiful, exciting walks around the estate. There was no signage, but the tower of the main building helped us find the estate again! Traveling to Rome by train was no problem.
