Description of the holiday apartment
The holiday apartment was completed in the year 2000 and renovated in 2020. In the holiday complex Al Andalus 2 there is a communal pool and a tennis court. Parking is available in front of the houses. The holiday complex consists of two- and four-unit houses. The very well-equipped 3-room apartment has 62 sqm of living space, with a large bedroom (with double bed) and a second bedroom (separate beds). Fitted kitchen El. Stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, built-in cupboards, with dishes, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. Living-dining room: on the living room cabinet there is a television with satellite connection (receiver), German and Spanish television and internet. A couch as an additional sleeping option with table. The dining area consists of an extendable table and chairs. In the apartment we have ventilators, mobile gas heating, and air conditioning. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower, hairdryer, washbasin with mirror and shelves, bidet and toilet. On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a sun umbrella as well as an awning.
Via an outside staircase you reach the roof terrace, 50 sqm, with table, loungers, chairs, corner bench, sun umbrella and trees; from there you can also see the sea. Extra costs to be paid on site are utilities and final cleaning 90.- euros, electricity 1 kWh 0.25 euros.

Parking is available in front of the houses. The holiday complex consists of semi-detached houses and bungalows. From the roof terrace (50 sqm) you can see the sea. In the surrounding area there are restaurants, beer gardens, bars, grocery stores, car rentals, souvenir shops, a playground, and places with trees to relax. The large shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is about 2 km away. The holiday apartment is located on the Costa Blanca in Orihuela Costa Al Andalus 2. You are quickly in Torrevieja, Alicante, further south in San Pedro on the La Manga inland sea, and in Cartagena.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday apartment can be reached by plane to Alicante (50 km), Murcia (20 km), Valencia (230 km). Orihuela Costa near Torrevieja can be reached with a rental car or by arrangement with the Schneider family (property managers) for a fee. Arrival from Germany via the motorway through France to Torrevieja Orihuela Costa – directions are available from the ADAC or a route planner from the internet. Furthermore, there are several restaurants, bars, car rentals, and a grocery store. A larger shopping center is about 1.5 km from the apartment. Beaches can be found about 3 - 5 km away. The area also offers opportunities for sports activities: golfing, cycling, diving, fishing, beach walking, swimming in one of the salt lakes located there. Sights / Excursion destinations: Palm park in Elche, salt lake in Torrevieja, nature park, flamingos, bathing park, Alicante old town and harbor, Tabarca island, only inland sea Mar Menor, Cartagena harbor, orange plantations. You can also contact the landlord. The way from Alicante Airport: After the airport (Aeropuento), after 600m turn right onto the N332 towards Cartagena past Santa Pola, La Marina, Guardemar, La Mata, Torrevieja; after the open space on the left side comes the Hotel Torrejoven, on the right side is McDonald's, go straight through the roundabout, then comes a blue bridge, now immediately turn right, there is a Chinese Wok restaurant, continue on the small street past 2 gas stations until Carrefour (at km marker 53), on the right a Cepsa Elf gas station. There you drive up the street to the 1st roundabout, take the 2nd exit, continue to the 2nd roundabout, then continue onto the wide street (Av Parana), then turn right to the 3rd roundabout, take the 2nd exit, then continue past 2 junctions on (Calle Aries) up to the garbage bins, turn right, and immediately right again, about 100 m on the right side to number 322 in Al Andalus 2.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

General rental conditions
When booking, a deposit of 25% or 250 euros must be paid (this will be forfeited if you cancel the trip). The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the trip. From the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the trip, 80% of the travel price must be paid. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the entire travel price will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing. Arrival to occupy the holiday apartment is at approx. 4:00 p.m. Departure is at approx. 10:00 a.m. Bringing pets requires agreement at the time of contract conclusion. The rental contract refers to the apartment and the furnishings. The tenant undertakes to treat them with care. Loss and damage must be compensated. The Schneider family must be informed of loss or damage. The tenant leaves the apartment swept clean before departure, empties the refrigerator, and turns off electricity, water, and gas. This is a fixed-term rental agreement and intended only for holiday purposes. The tenant cannot, under any circumstances and without the landlord’s consent, derive from this contract any right to remain in the apartment beyond the originally agreed period. The landlord assumes no liability for the tenant’s property during the rental period. The owner cannot be held liable for cases of force majeure or consequences of third-party actions. With the signature below, the tenant and all listed persons declare that they have been informed that staying in the pool area and on the property is at their own risk and that parents are responsible for the safety of their children. The landlord assumes no liability. Upon arrival, please call the Schneider family, who will pick you up at an agreed location and accompany you to the holiday apartment.
