This beautiful stone house is located in the heart of the Apennines, less than 5 minutes from the charming village of Apecchio. In the centre of Apecchio, you can get your daily groceries at the supermarket, or enjoy world-famous Italian cuisine in one of the restaurants. A visit to the nearby Brancaleoni castle or one of the 3 beer breweries in Apecchio is also worthwhile.

Children can play carefree in the large garden, which is furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Take a dip in the pool or spend time in the hot tub to completely unwind. A barbecue is available for cosy evenings and the property boasts stunning views of the surrounding hills.
