This is one of 3 apartments in the attractive La Rocca Estate. Located in Apecchio, it features a swimming pool, a terrace, a garden and 1 bedroom. It is an excellent stay for romantic holidays with your partner.
This beautiful stone house is located in the heart of the Apennines, less than 5 minutes from the charming village of Apecchio. In the centre of Apecchio, you can get your daily groceries in the supermarket, or enjoy world-famous Italian cuisine in one of the restaurants. A visit to the nearby Brancaleoni Castle or one of Apecchio's 3 breweries is also well worthwhile.
Enjoy a snack and a drink in the large garden, which is furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Take a dip in the pool or spend time in the hot tub to completely unwind. A barbecue is available for cosy evenings and the property boasts stunning views of the surrounding hills.

The expansion of this property has been more than successful. With a lot of attention to detail and absolute cleanliness, you can really relax. Also in the pool with great soft water and the best care you always like to cool down and swim in it. The location is gigantic with a brilliant all-round view. It is also large enough to have its own free space when it is fully occupied. The approach to the higher property via your very well-developed private road is not recommended for lowered sports cars, it is not a problem for all other series vehicles.
