Until today everything is fine, the places around us are very interesting (Sovana, via cave di San Rocco, Sorano, Acquapendente, the thermal baths of the mill of Saturnia, Montemerano and many others). The house is comfortable and welcoming, and even though there is no air conditioning, with the help of the fan, it is possible to sleep without suffering. The owner is very kind and helpful.

I was absolutely in love with the balcony! It was the perfect place to drink coffee in the morning while I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The double bed was also super comfortable,

If you rent an apartment with a terrace, it cannot be that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the terrace is on the ground floor....

We were in the holiday home from August 1 to 13 with three adults, two children, and a dog. The accommodation offers everything you need. The landlords were exemplary friendly and helpful. Overall, the village community of San Valentino was very hospitable. We felt very comfortable. The quiet location was simply wonderful.

In the house and the beautiful little place San Valentino, one can relax very well. Very friendly landlords and neighbors. A good starting point for the fantastic surroundings. Sovana, Sorano, Pitigliano, or Monte Amiata are worth a trip. There is plenty of space for four people with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and kitchens. Unfortunately, deductions for the advertisement with a garden that does not exist. The terrace is very nice, but only accessible from the street and was too warm for us during the day without shade. The equipment in the kitchens should be renewed. Overall, however, a worthwhile and very relaxing stay. Additional plus due to the very good pizzeria in the village!

Stunning location for a rejuvenating vacation. The village retains its charm. The house is welcoming and has excellent space arrangements. Two apartments: one on the first floor with perfect spaces for two people (my parents), the other on the second floor, a bit larger with a double bedroom and a single room, with a bathroom and a living room with kitchen and fireplace. Owners are available and very kind! We highly recommend it!!

This pet-friendly home was a hit with our furry friend. The garden was big enough for him to run around, and we enjoyed many meals outdoors under the sunshade.

We had a great time in this Tuscan holiday home. The living room was cozy, and the children had a lot of fun in the garden. The location is ideal for exploring nearby towns like Pitigliano and Sorano.

A really nice holiday home over 2 floors with a French balcony and a terrace accessible from the outside in a small mountain village with very nice residents and welcoming landlords. We had a great time and can only recommend the property. For 3 people we only inhabited the attic and did not need the upper floor.

Lots of difference in heights, beautiful. The view from the cottage is also beautiful. In the village itself there are no facilities or playgrounds. For that you have to get out by car. You can walk a lot in the area, for example in Pitigliano ("Le vie cave" is very beautiful). These tours are varied and beautiful (also intensive) with many variations in heights. Visiting Saturnia (hot spring), Lake Bolsena and the Tyrrhenian Sea are very worthwhile, as well as Sorano (certainly also in the evening) and Pitigliano.
