Villa Anna is a rustic stone villa with a heated swimming pool with hydromassage, two outdoor hot tubs and an infrared sauna. The villa is situated in the hills at an altitude of 240 metres near the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by hundreds of olive and cherry trees on an area of 2 hectares, equipped with all amenities including air conditioning and WiFi.
Completely restored in the style of classical architecture, but with modern bathrooms, it has elegant bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a living room. The two floors are not connected internally.
The heated swimming pool is purified with salt, not chlorine. There is a 0.6 m deep children's section and a 1.4 m deep adult section with a Roman bubble bath ladder.
Free pool towels and bathrobes available.
There are outdoor wooden and inflatable games for children from 1 to 10 years old, sunbeds, parasols and a large furnished garden.
The ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.
From the villa you can easily reach the sea, the mountains, the beautiful cities of Urbino, Fano and Pesaro, the Frasassi Caves, Conero Natural Park and Furlo Gorge.

Large villa with lots of (outside) space and a lovely heated swimming pool and two bubble baths. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the bakery is within walking distance. Super friendly owner. We had a fantastic week.

Top house in top location. The villa is very well equipped, the large garden beautifully maintained and the outdoor facilities are excellent. Owner is very helpful and responds quickly to questions and requests. The only downside is that we felt a bit chased away on the day of departure. We had to vacate the downstairs rooms with the bedrooms at 8.30 am. We could still have breakfast, but the new guests were already walking around in the garden before 10:00 while the cleaning team was also busy. This didn't feel right. For this reason I would give a nine for our stay instead of a ten.

Unfortunately, the weather did not play along as desired. However, we could still enjoy every day in the heated pool and in the jacuzzi. The children had a lot of fun! :-) Paolo, the good soul of the house, shortened the time for our children with toys and painting materials. The managers are very attentive and courteous. We didn't miss anything! We would book again in a heartbeat and hope to see you again soon.

The landlord takes care that everything fits. The villa is very well equipped, the heated pool is spacious and clean. A badminton net is set up at the back of the house and a table tennis table is available. The view is breathtaking and there are no close neighbors.

It was a wonderful holiday at Villa Anna, the children had a lot of fun in the pool. It really looks just as beautiful as in the pictures, everything is super neat and Paolo (the landlord) is a super personable man who takes care of everything. The kitchen is well equipped and you can just enjoy your vacation in peace. We would go there again anytime.

Everything was perfect about this house! What a lovely house, super nice pool and nice rooms with air conditioning and private bathroom. Bubbling in the Jacuzzi in the evening. Also a very nice view. Relax and play active games in the super large garden. We were 6 people and 1 dog. Walk with the dog in the large garden between the olive trees. I can't say more than this it was great!

This property is really great. The house and garden are very well maintained. The garden, the house and the surroundings are in harmony with each other. The environment is beautiful. The view from the house is like a painting. Four beautiful double rooms and a well-equipped kitchen.

Upon receipt, we were clearly explained how e.e.a. works. But especially the extra attention that was given after our personal letter was very good. The fact that small children were present was taken into account, for which the linked room was set up and the cupboard placed in front of the door so that the (grand) children could only go outside through their parents' bedroom. My wife had indicated that we were there i.v.m. our 35th anniversary and especially for that a bottle of champagne was ready. Super attentive !! Furthermore, a jacuzzi was installed the day before our arrival. As a surprise for our wedding day, just kidding, but something extra that this location has to offer. We look back enormously positively, everything is perfectly arranged and in ultimate condition.

Fine reception. Clear explanation of everything we needed to know. What a beautiful holiday home. Beautiful, modern, clean and all equipped with a wonderful air conditioning. That was very nice, because the temperature in us was not below 35 degrees. Each bedroom separately lockable and with own modern bathroom. Lovely pool, beautiful large garden. We have super enjoyed in this house. An absolute must.

Upon arrival we are very friendly received by Paolo, he has told us all the ins and outs of the holiday home and the swimming pool. Accommodation was fully equipped and the area is beautiful. Paolo was at all times available for questions or problems. We had a great holiday!
