The holiday home has a fireplace and central heating for cozy evenings. It has a cot and high-chair for kids. The garden is lovely and perfect for barbecue evenings. You can bring 2 for a small fee of € 4/Pet/Night. Guests can also use the free WiFi. Washing machine is on-site.

Arrival was a bit messy, but once finished the accommodation was fine. The environment is also great. Beautiful rural location, yet a bakery within walking distance (5 minutes)

Very spacious house with beautiful garden and well-kept swimming pool. Is centrally located to visit Lucca, Sienna and Florence.

We were unlucky that there was a leak in the bathroom on arrival. Francesca has neatly arranged a hotel (or a quadruple room, this was less). She had booked a very nice restaurant for the evening and the costs were all for her. The second day we could go to our house. It is a real old-fashioned Italian house. It certainly had atmosphere. The olive trees and the fig trees in the garden were also very nice. The pool was lovely. There were a lot of mosquitoes!! There was plenty of crockery, glasses were really very few. The house was not really very clean after my understanding. All in all a difficult start but certainly had a wonderful holiday. Francesca is a very nice woman who arranged a lot for us. She normally only arranges the arrival and departure.

The location of the house is good. The house itself is outdated. Because of this it was dirty in corners and sides and it smelled musty. Beneath and between the seats there was a lot of dirt from the previous tenants. If you pay 150 euros extra for cleaning, then I expect it to be a bit cleaner. The hot water burner no longer worked the last day. We have washed ourselves with cold water. The dirty room where the burner is located, reveals that it has not been maintained / cleaned in years. If you touch the dishwasher, you will feel a slight electric current. The landlady heard that she said the first time. (seems strange -> error electrically connected / no earthing connected) When booking it was stated that there was a washing machine. For this we apparently had to pay 5 euros per wash. Please display this correctly on your website. The area was very beautiful. A lot of barking dogs in the village at night. Nice swimming pool.

Large beautiful authentic house with lots of land and private pool. Well cared for and contact went well! Beautiful ago in the municipality of peccioli. You are in Pisa in 35 minutes. And there are many beautiful villages and towns nearby. We had a nice holiday
