During our stay a number of things happened (air conditioning no longer worked, boiler fell out) but before that we could just go to house number 1, after which the lady came to have a look and solved it for us. In the end we wanted to hand in the key a day earlier and this was no problem either. All in all, we had a great week with the six of us.
