A lovely holiday home that feels like a home away from home, The owners' hospitality made our stay even more special, We also found great dining options nearby—highly recommend the local pizzeria!

Our experiences in the holiday home were quite satisfactory. The house is spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest attraction was certainly the nearby outdoor activities – zip-lining and bike trails offered us many adventure options. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made our check-in process smooth. Overall, a nice place for a family getaway, although we found that the travel to some attractions was a bit longer than we expected.

We had a fantastic family getaway in this charming holiday cottage! The garden was perfect for the kids while we enjoyed coffee on the terrace. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable.

In general, a pleasant stay! The house is well decorated and well maintained. The location is quiet and perfect for a bit of relaxation. We had everything we needed for our short stay.

This place is a real gem! Spacious enough for our group of 7, we loved the cozy living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The surrounding nature provided a peaceful retreat, and we enjoyed biking through the nearby trails.

The very beautiful house close to the Croatian/Slovenian border was probably the cleanest holiday home we ever have booked; they even changed our bed linen and towels after a week of stay and cleaned all the floors. With the pool and plenty of space, the house is perfect to relax and take a step back and enjoy the scenery of Slum, which consists of a few old, traditional natural stone houses. For shopping and eating out you'll have to drive for 10-20 minutes, Slum doesn't have a store or dining place.
It's a good base to drive to Trieste, Pula or Ljubljana and we'd recommend visiting those. The owner is very forthcoming and organizes everything so you'll have time to relax, be sure to drop by his pizzeria because the food is great.
The house has plenty of tech & wifi/internet are as almost as you'd wish (I did measure 160/100Mbit), so having some serious binge watching when the weather is not perfect is no problem. We really did enjoy our two-week stay here – two thumbs up for Dinko and his team!

The house was clean and had a nice layout. We had problems with the heating, but the host was very helpful and fixed it quickly. I love the outdoor pool; it was a nice touch. I will definitely stay again!

This accommodation is ideal for families! The children had a lot of fun in the garden, and we enjoyed the nearby recreational activities. The kitchen was well equipped for our family meals.

Charming place with a rustic vibe! While it’s not in the heart of the city, the tranquility and surroundings were worth it, Plus, we found some beautiful hiking spots just a drive away, Would definitely recommend!

This holiday home is a whole vibe, The garden is perfect for chill hangs and the terrace hits different during sunset, Spacious enough for a squad of 7, so no one sleeps on the couch, Plus, the outdoor pool is a major win, Just a short ride to some epic biking trails too!

Wonderful accommodation! The bedrooms were spacious, and we appreciated the number of available bathrooms. The host was friendly and responsive. Just a short drive from local attractions, making it easy to explore.

The villa was fabulous, so beautiful, there are no words for it! it was clean, all necessities were there, we didn’t miss anything. The frisge was filed with some drinks and a large filled fruit basket was provided. The garden and pool also very well maintained. We would like to thank the owner again for the dinner in his pizzeria that he offered us! Too bad it was the only beautiful house in the street, the rest was more old dilapidated houses. One tip! Inform the tentant the house number, because only the coordinates are not enough to find the house, it will save time for the owner as well :). Thanks for letting us stay in the villa! Fam. We spent our vacation with 4 adults and 3 children in the almost new, modern, super clean house. The property, the outdoor kitchen and the pool were in perfect condition. Since the house is relatively remote, you need a vehicle for shopping and excursions. On the other hand, you can enjoy the absolute tranquility. The landlord is super nice and can be reached at any time. Plenty of drinks were left in the fridge upon arrival. There was also a fruit basket full to the brim. On top of that there were vouchers for the local pizzeria. The pool was cleaned regularly. Towels and sheets were changed weekly. The landlord speaks very good English. We can only recommend the house!

Although the house is not directly on the coast and somewhat remote, we had a wonderful time. The house was great. Very clean and never a house with such a complete inventory. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. It was a warm welcome. There are also many opportunities for outdoor sports such as mountain biking, hiking or paragliding in the immediate vicinity. first be driven a lot, but that was fine doen.Een highly recommended for families looking for peace or an active holiday.
