"This modern villa with a private pool and breathtaking sea views on the island of Cres is located in eastern Istria. You live in a rural and quiet environment. The villa has a partially fenced garden with a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue. The interior is modern and comfortable with fresh tones. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with balconies overlooking the pool and the sea and two bathrooms.
The medieval town of Labin with museums, a market, nice restaurants and shops is 13 km away. Various events are also organized here during the summer. At the Tunarica campsite (5 km) is the nearest beach with water sports and a small supermarket. Rabac's beaches are 20 minutes' drive away. In the village of Trget there is a popular fish restaurant right by the water.
