Villa Balen is 1 KM from Karin Swa and 25 KM from Biograd na Moru which is an Adriatic Coastal Resort. Nature park Vrana lake, National Park Krka waterfalls, towns of Zadar and Sibenik, Zrmanja river canyon and National park Paklenica are an hours drive away.
This spacious villa has 3 floors with 4 bathrooms and 2 modern living and dining areas. The second floor has sauna, jacuzzi, playroom and fitness equipment. The outdoor area offers a swimming pool, fenced garden, terrace and open fireplace.

A very nice house. Everything you need for a successful holiday. The landlords are very nice and can be reached at any time. The house is a bit isolated, but that didn't bother us. We enjoyed the peace and you have the car with you. We would love to come back and can recommend the house at any time.

The accommodation is just breathtaking, the villa is more beautiful than shown in the pictures, our expectations were exceeded! Thanks to the very friendly landlord, we were even allowed to check in at 12:00 p.m. instead of 5:00 p.m., as we arrived earlier and were expected with cheese and ham from the region. We liked the stay in the villa so much that we extended it by 2 days! The whole area was super clean and well-kept, the landlords kept asking about our location and tried to do everything possible to give us a nice and carefree stay. We were 10 people who partied a little louder, which wasn't a problem at all! The only drawback is that the next larger town (Biograd) where the beach / restaurants / bars was about 30km away, but with a car this is not a problem either! We would definitely come back, everything was great!

With two families we spent a week in the holiday home in Lisicic. The welcome was very cordial with filled fruit bowls and a local delicacy (baguette with ham and cheese). Communication with owner was very good and the house was beautiful. The top floor in particular was a mecca for our children. The view from both balconies was also very beautiful. Unfortunately, the pool was just too cold for swimming (April). From the house are various beautiful day trips to the area possible. In short, a beautiful house in a beautiful and practical location.

The welcome was overwhelming. The local wine with snacks was offered to us on arrival by the very hospitable landlord. We also received an extensive tour of the villa. The earlier than the formal arrival time was also no problem. From this location we have made various trips in the area. It was very easy to do by car.
