The balcony doors are blocked and a kitchen window was defective (it fell down when opening). Unfortunately, we were not informed about this at check-in. Luckily, there was no child!!!

The apartment was spacious enough for our group of seven, and we felt at home. The location was fantastic, with several beaches within walking distance.

We had a pleasant stay in the spacious apartment in Seline. It was clean and had all the essentials we needed, including a kitchen where we prepared some meals. The three bedrooms offered plenty of space for our group. Although the furniture was a bit dated, everything was functional. The proximity to Seline beach was a big plus, and we enjoyed trying some local restaurants nearby. Overall, a solid option for anyone looking to explore the area without frills.

Nice place, but the WiFi was a bit unstable at times. Overall, very good location, close to the beach and restaurants. The shared garden was relaxing, and we enjoyed the BBQ there.

We were very happy with our stay in Seline, and Maks, the apartment manager, was extremely helpful and responsive. He warmly welcomed us upon arrival and gave excellent suggestions for dining. The apartment itself was immaculate, with a charming balcony overlooking the bay, perfect for watching the sunset in the evenings.

They talk about a dream house. Unfortunately it wasn't! We wanted a holiday home for our sole use. The owner lives in the basement. So far, so good, but we didn't expect him to have lots of friends, acquaintances and others who party every day from mid-morning until sometimes early in the morning and have very loud conversations! The house has a second apartment that was also used. In general, the house is very thin and you can hear every movement and much more!!! Of the various small technical defects, such as the balcony lighting not working or other minor things, the total failure of the TV is serious and could not be fixed even after a complaint. The location by the sea is positive and the seating on the balcony is very comfortable, better than the couch in the kitchen/living room! Another positive is that shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The bathing pleasure is also limited, as various freshwater springs reach the sea through the mountains on the platform, making bathing very, very refreshing! When was the apartment last inspected after 2018? We were not in the apartment shown in the pictures!
Conclusion: If you like it rustic, need Croatian conviviality and are fluent in the Croatian language, you can give it a try. Have fun. We won't try it again!!!

The total failure of the TV is particularly serious and could not be resolved even after complaints, along with various minor technical defects, such as non-functioning balcony lighting or other small issues. The positive aspect is the location by the sea, and the seating on the balcony is very pleasant, better than the couch in the kitchen/living room! It is also positive that shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The bathing pleasure is also limited, as various freshwater sources from the mountains reach the sea at the platform, making the bathing very, very refreshing! When was the apartment last inspected after 2018? We were not in the apartment shown in the pictures! Conclusion: Those who like it rustic, need Croatian camaraderie, and are proficient in the Croatian language can give it a try. Have fun. We are forgoing another attempt there!!! We have had other experiences from our many holidays in Croatia and have also encountered more discreet cohabiting owners.
