Overall, a solid experience. The villa was clean and spacious, which suited our group of eight well. The nearby restaurants were convenient for dining out. A nice place for a family vacation, although the beach could be crowded.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful seaside villa! The private pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved the spacious layout. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach. I highly recommend this place for families!

This property is truly remarkable, with a beautiful outdoor space and an impeccable pool. The cleanliness of the house was exceptional. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. A quick 5-minute taxi ride takes you to the old town of Zadar, and just a 15-minute walk gets you to the beach. Anthony was exceptionally helpful during our stay, responding quickly to all our questions. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

A fantastic getaway! The villa is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed grilling on the terrace in the evening. The attractions of Zadar are not too far away, making it easy to explore. I would definitely go back.

This villa is fantastic! Spacious and clean, perfect for a group of 8, the pool and the terrace are excellent! Just 6€ in Uber to the old town, and the market and the butcher are nearby. It's a short walk to the nearest beach. Communication with Anthony was perfect, I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay in this modern villa! The outdoor terrace with barbecue was perfect for evening gatherings, and the kids loved the garden. Easy walk to the beach and nearby dining options.

The proximity to the city center, the beach, and grocery stores was fantastic. We didn't need to rent a car; Bus line 8 easily took us to Zadar old town. We walked to the beautiful Borik Sand Beach in just 15 minutes. The size of the villa was impressive.

The villa exceeded our expectations! We loved the layout, especially the recreation area. The area was quiet but close to Zadar for sightseeing. Great value for families looking for a spacious rental near the coast.

We had a wonderful vacation in the villa, perfect for two families with older children and teenagers. Everything was immaculate, with available parking and an amazing pool for relaxation. The windows were well covered against mosquitoes, and the air conditioning in all rooms was a lifesaver on hot days. We were aware that it was a bit far to the sea when we booked, but with a pool, we could choose when we wanted to go. Although parking at the beach cost €20, we often enjoyed walks with Burek and ice cream. The restaurants on the way back were convenient for our hunger. For trips to the old town, we found Uber cheaper than local taxis. There was also a handy washing machine. We recommend taking day trips to nearby islands.

The villa itself was well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to our questions, which made our stay even better.
