It is surrounded by nature with stunning views over the sea and nearby islands. The apartment is only 3km from a beautiful sandy beach in a quiet area and is ideal for families or small groups.
The apartment is only 5 km away from Dubrovnik Airport, but still you can enjoy peace and privacy.
The house and its surroundings offer many recreational opportunities. You will find a soccer field, a tennis court and beach volleyball in the area
In addition, there is also a spa and wellness center. Water sports and diving are possible on the beach, and you can go hiking and cycling in the Konavle region.
The historical center of Dubrovnik with its rich history and architecture is definitely worth a visit. In addition, neighboring Montenegro is only 20 kilometers away. You can take day trips to the Mljet National Park, as well as to Ston, Mostar, Medjugorje and the Peljesac Peninsula.

We had a good contact with the owner. They have received us well and if we had questions we could contact them. The apartment is very spacious and modern. Cavtat is a small cozy village with good connections to the airport and other cities / villages. Cavtat is not yet overrun by tourists.
