Description
Each apartment has a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with TV and air conditioning. Private parking is also a barbecue for all guests, as well as a washing machine. Bus stop is 500 meters from the house. Near our location a public beach 200 meters away. Comfortable apartment in Dalmatia. In 1 bedroom 3 beds, 1 shower room and 1 kitchen are in our up to 3 guests. Let it all hang from your private sun terrace your soul with a fantastic view of the sea and Dubrovnik.
The terrace is covered and offers enough protection from the sun. Watch cruise ships as they pass in front of our "front door". The access to the sea provide you with a peace and plenty of space for relaxing bathing and sun

Location and surroundings of object
This place is ideal for families who want to spend a relaxing holiday front of the apartment there is a terrace with beautiful views of Elaphite islands. Our apartment is located outside of Dubrovnik in an idyllic location. It is the perfect place to unwind and bathe in front of the house to go and to soak up the sun. The places Stikovica, Zaton and Orasac is only a few kilometers away. From Dubrovnik is only 5km by car so you can drive to the beautiful city any time to explore this. By plane: take the high road "Magistrala" straight ahead towards Dubrovnik, then continue towards Split over the bridge Franjo Tudman. Once you cross the bridge and go down, you are in Lozica. Then Drive straight to the end of Lozica, before the curve direction Vrbica. Our house is at the end of Lozica on the left side. A small white sign shows "Apartments Lozica" on.
Airport is 25 km from our apartments.

Hello,
As it says in the description, all kinds of bars, restaurants and much more are nearby, which is very practical. You can have a nice dinner in the evening but also do a lot of activities during the day.
The accommodation itself is quite pleasant and what is remarkable is that the flat is equipped with air conditioning. Each flat has its own terrace and therefore a wonderful view of the sea and in the evening you can spend a romantic evening under the sunset. Not far from the flats is the large and beautiful pool, which is more than enough for cooling off and is also great for swimming.
