This 6-person villa with pool has an area of 80m2.
You will find 3 bedrooms for 6 persons (the sleeping arrangement varies from one villa to another, it is possible that there is a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms), 1 bathroom with bath and/or shower, toilet, a large living room with flat-screen TV, sitting area with sofas, living area with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, toaster. Each villa is equipped with a washing machine.
Outside you can enjoy your private and partially fenced garden, with private pool (open from April 1 to September 30). Pool heating is an option at 22€ per day from April 1 to June 30 and from August 27 to September 30. During the period from 01/07 to 26/08, the pool heating option is included in the rental price.
Some villas are also equipped with a barbecue, so don't hesitate to ask about it when booking.

Always wanted to know what it's like to live like a God in France? Then go to villa park Les Jardins des Sables d'Olonne. This park in the Vendée with its trees, flower beds and lawns is a true paradise. At your villa you will have a private pool and plenty of amenities. From your apartment at Les Jardins des Sables d'Olonne you're at the beach after a comfortable 800 m walk. The beach of Tanchet, hidden among the rocks of the southern tip of the bay and the center of Le Château d'Olonne, can be found 2 km away.
The neighboring Le Château d'Olonne is adjacent to Les Sables d'Olonne with its wide sandy beach. Children love it here; they love to play in the sand and the surf! Le Château d'Olonne has a pleasant boulevard with outdoor cafes, restaurants and casinos. Then there's the zoo, the shell museum and the sand museum. All along the coast there are towns with harbors and fish restaurants, ready to be discovered by you. They offer numerous opportunities for water sports.
The Dutch managers of Les Jardins des Sables d'Olonne take care of the park (and its residents!)to perfection. Besides your private pool, there is also a communal pool with a paddling pool and a large patio. There is an enclosed playground and there are various outdoor sports options. The beautiful surroundings are perfect to discover by bike. You can rent bikes at the park! Hopefully, you'll not always feel like cooking in the evenings. As the restaurant offers delicious meals. In July and August, fresh bread is delivered to your door. You have Wi-Fi and there are two computers available. There is a supermarket in Les Sables d'Olonne (4.5 km). A bakery and grocer can be found in La Pironnière (800 m).
The Vendée is considered to be one of the most beautiful areas of France. The (mostly Dutch-speaking) reception can give you tips about what there is to do in the area. In Talmont-St. Hilaire (12 km), with its cozy shopping district, you'll find Château de Talmont. The mysterious Marais Poitevin marshlands start after La Tranche-sur-Mer (42 km). The canals overgrown with rare orchids and water lilies form a veritable maze. You can explore them by flatboat, characteristic of the sun region. A visit to family park Puy du Fou (99 km) should not be skipped. You get to make an impressive journey through historical events, depicted by hundreds of actors.
If you go northward from Le Château d'Olonne towards Ile de Noirmoutier, then you'll pass the resorts of St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (33 km) and St. Jean-de-Monts (49 km). For a great day of shopping, the best place to be is La Roche-sur-Yon (38 km). Here you're in golfing paradise. You get the choice of five courses in the area! Eighteen-hole courses can be found, among other places, in Olonne-sur-Mer (6.5 km), L'Aiguillon-sur-Vie (24 km) and St. Jean-de-Monts.
The obligatory service costs include: made beds, 2 towels per person, kitchen towels and a bath mat.

Our villa is on the edge of the well-groomed domain Les Jardins Chateau d 'Olonne .Opmerkelijk is that there are few Dutch Sables in May, but the domain is almost exclusively occupied / owned by the Dutch. Our villa is beautiful and fairly sheltered .Sfeervol and warmly decorated, and the heated pool Renting a must for any family. Cycling is recommended. km Good to know that the pool, restaurant and pizzeria are only open in the summer.

They are very luxurious bungalows with a full kitchen and plenty of plates / glasses etc .. With 3 large bedroom for us 5and a very pretig stay. The pool is lovely and every week thoroughly cleaned and refilled. It is near a major resort. The nearby coast is a mix of rocks that fall dry at low tide and stretches of sandy beach. We have had a great holiday! Highly recommended!

Helpful front desk staff at check-in. The cottage was ready at 17 o'clock. Pretty late, but understandable on one of the busiest days of the year. The house was at least clean and the pictures made up nicely. The park is very well looked after and good play facilities for the children. The bike rental was also top.

Upon arrival, I was surprised with a 284.02 euro bill for my dog. I thought it was inclusive. I had to pay 750 euros as well, while 400 euros had been agreed. We are now back 3 days and have not returned my deposit.

The villa was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was finding everything anyone could want. The weather was also very good, because the park is so close to the coast blows the clouds away and we actually had 14 days topweer. We are going again next year!

We have been one week in this villa. We felt right at home and have great enjoyed the heated pool. We were 15 minutes from the beach and walked along the boulevard. It is 1 hour to terraces and dining tents. We also drove one day to La Rochelle and in the area by car and only Saint Gilles Croix de vie was very cozy towns.

The house is very compact but with three small bedrooms great for our family with 4 small children.The paddling plenty good enough for much needed refreshment, we had 2 fantastic sunny weeks! The central pool and playground with football field was the central meeting place for youth .Sables d 'Olonne is a beautiful harbor town at 5 minutes with beautiful beaches and fine restaurants.

Sable d'Olonne is a nice area with nice places in the area along the Atlantic Coast. Very comfortable house with all amenities. The restaurant at the park is a must, also the children's geweldig.Leuke attractions. The port town of La Rochelle is worth. We enjoyed our vacation at the resort. Ideal holiday destination for families with young children because of the many activities in and around the Chateau d 'Olonne. Great beautiful and well maintained residence and houses that are fully equipped. We sat in the first house on the left after the entrance. We had my son asked for a wheelchair-friendly house, and indeed - it did more than enough! Everywhere wheelchair, adapted shower / toilet. They are very luxurious bungalows with a full kitchen and plenty of plates / glasses etc .. With 3 large bedroom for us 5and a very pretig stay. The pool is lovely and every week thoroughly cleaned and refilled. It is near a major resort. The nearby coast is a mix of rocks that fall dry at low tide and stretches of sandy beach. Our villa is on the edge of the well-groomed domain Les Jardins Chateau d 'Olonne .Opmerkelijk is that there are few Dutch Sables in May, but the domain is almost exclusively occupied / owned by the Dutch. Our villa is beautiful and fairly sheltered .Sfeervol and warmly decorated, and the heated pool Renting a must for any family. Cycling is recommended. km Good to know that the pool, restaurant and pizzeria are only open in the summer.

Wonderfully quiet and plenty of privacy. The house is very compact but with three small bedrooms great for our family with 4 small children.The paddling plenty good enough for much needed refreshment, we had 2 fantastic sunny weeks! The central pool and playground with football field was the central meeting place for youth .Sables d 'Olonne is a beautiful harbor town at 5 minutes with beautiful beaches and fine restaurants.

Nice park and ditto house. Fully equipped. Privacy is a little less due to the open point vegetation, but on the other hand it is also a relatively new park. Maintenance during holidays lawn and pool is nice.

We were 2 adults and 1 baby. The villa was spacious enough and tidy and modern and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool was spacious and clean and heated and had a good temperature. The people at the reception were friendly. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. In short, we have had very good time.

The home was the very best thing we ever booked hebben.Hier was just all there, you could not imagine it if it was there ... We spent a wonderful and peaceful holiday for kids, our dog and ourselves. Pure enjoyment and want some animation and more crowds then visit Les Sables d 'Olonne The only downside:. The holiday was to kort.Volgend year we do the double.

We sat in the first house on the left after the entrance. We had my son asked for a wheelchair-friendly house, and indeed - it did more than enough! Everywhere wheelchair, adapted shower / toilet. Also to pool to good toegankelijk.Puike possible conditions and support from reception! Mind you, "cooler at night. So pool cover or else the water is too cold.

Truly a top quality house A lot of space and privacy. Very well maintained and the service is great! Good beds decor inside and outside also very good. Parking for the door. And in an environment where a lot to do. Small snack corner with all day fresh bread. Cons: crappy WiFi connection or free. Restaurant is at a high level but praises about when you take locally better orientating.

Just back from staying at Villa Acacia 28. Fantastic !!!!. Lovely home, as well as the park. Nice to make trips include La Rochelle and even further to Ile de Re. Another attraction is the island Noirmoutier.Zeker all worthwhile.

We have unfortunately not been so good again, but the park and pool was perfect! Pool was up to 25 degrees, so suffice. The shared pool was closed, also the bar for snacks. That would have been at the time. For the rest, quiet and just park (many Dutch).

Ideal holiday destination for families with young children because of the many activities in and around the Chateau d 'Olonne. Great beautiful and well maintained residence and houses that are fully equipped. Kids will love and play safely outside in the playground, scooters / bikes on the central road where only 10km p / h can be driven and speelveldjes.Aan recommended outings; 7eme continent, chateau des adventurers, film Finfarine, so les sables or chateau Talmont.

We have been one week in this villa. We felt right at home and have great enjoyed the heated pool. We were 15 minutes from the beach and walked along the boulevard. It is 1 hour to terraces and dining tents. We also drove one day to La Rochelle and in the area by car and only Saint Gilles Croix de vie was very cozy towns.

What a wonderful holiday in a lovely huis.Ruime villa with large pool, several sitting areas in the garden. The villa was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was finding everything anyone could want. The weather was also very good, because the park is so close to the coast blows the clouds away and we actually had 14 days topweer. We are going again next year!

It was for us a great holiday. Lovely weather great location. Children in the private plunge pool all day. super top !! We have also experienced a great help when we needed help from a doctor for our little meid.Nederlandse people behind the counter and fresh rolls every morgen.Vlak at the beach and promenade of Les Sables D 'onne. where delicious food and slenyteren is along the boulevard. A fantastic holiday we had been allocated a fine villa. The owners of this property have really paid attention to the design of the garden and the house really a RECOMMENDED. Truly provide every convenience and luxury. Furthermore, the sea is just 800 meters away and the Zoo (zoo) is a must to visit. No lack of nice restaurants and facilities on the park were very good. Peaceful park. Lovely cottage. The children made daily use of the pool. Our cottage was on the edge of the park, on a street. The bedrooms were on that side. "At night it was quiet, but" evening and "morning there was some noise.

It is now our 5th holiday we celebrate in Jardins. For the first deposit to pay upon receipt. The park offers a lot of privacy, but disadvantage is that children have little contact with each other. Everyone is either in its own pool / garden not play or make a trip. Because trips are plentiful in the area and something for everyone. Definitely a reason for us to repeatedly come back here. Unfortunately had 75 home have a downside. Concrete garden loosens and everywhere you walk are very sharp small stones, which is certainly dangerous for children to fall. So you should always keep your slippers on you will have no pain at t walk away and the whole house among the stones. And pity that the barbecue was on the other side of the house.

Everything was fine. Only downside was that there was a key to pick up at the front desk, but it was closed so we had to call a phone number. They were helped further. It went very friendly and fast. Think it's an obstacle to older people.

Upon arrival, I was surprised with a 284.02 euro bill for my dog. I thought it was inclusive. I had to pay 750 euros as well, while 400 euros had been agreed. We are now back 3 days and have not returned my deposit.

We had a great vacation while staying at the Chateau d 'Olonne. The reception was very warm and had met the pre requested options. The enclosed garden offered lots of privacy. The park looks very smart, but also safe because of children and the service is absolutely fine. We could not find for example the cushions and the next day there were new. This park is very highly recommended. In the area are plenty of opportunities for excursions. There are many coastal walks.

Sable d'Olonne is a nice area with nice places in the area along the Atlantic Coast. Very comfortable house with all amenities. The restaurant at the park is a must, also the children's geweldig.Leuke attractions. The port town of La Rochelle is worth. We enjoyed our vacation at the resort. Only the weather could be slightly better mood.

Helpful front desk staff at check-in. The cottage was ready at 17 o'clock. Pretty late, but understandable on one of the busiest days of the year. The house was at least clean and the pictures made up nicely. The park is very well looked after and good play facilities for the children. The bike rental was also top.

Very nice and quiet, ideal for complete relaxation. For children it is difficult to find playmates because there are few activities organized on the domain itself. Lasershooting is fun but a number of extra activities for the children would be ideal!
