We spent 2 very pleasant weeks where adults and teens were able to fully enjoy the beautiful pool, the tennis court, and the outdoor spaces. The house is very spacious and very comfortable with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living areas. Our hosts Yolande and Christophe were extremely kind and caring. They are available and attentive. It was a very nice encounter for our whole family.

Located near the A7. You can see the cars from the garden. You can also hear them a bit, but it is absolutely not bothersome. Very easy to travel quickly to, for example, Orange or Avignon. Many supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The house is old, but the owners are constantly working on improvements. Pool and garden perfect. Tennis court fine, but not as nice anymore as in the photos. Owners indicate that they send updates to Belvilla each time, but that they do not implement these changes in the app. The mini billiard table has been removed years ago. What is also not mentioned in the app: there is a room with a bunk bed and a room with two double beds (one of which is a sofa bed). We came with only couples, so it wasn't convenient. The sofa bed was also a bit saggy, the owner told us. So we didn't use it. The quality of the mattresses really leaves much to be desired. Only the one from the bunk beds was fine. Air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room was great. The house itself is somewhat awkwardly laid out. You have to go through the laundry room and bathroom to get to the kitchen. Or outside through the second living room. The house is furnished in an old French style, with some separate photos of the owners and family and a hodgepodge of accessories and dried bouquets that probably came from the seventies. The house was clean, but the household items were a bit on the tight side regarding glasses and cups. The owners bought mugs for us. In the winter, the house is inhabited by them, which is why many cabinets are locked. We initially fell for the garden and the swimming pool and the good location, and that is what we liked best. Two washing machines and two dishwashers made us experience this as luxury. There are three refrigerators, but one had just broken down. They wanted to replace this. Also, the ice maker part of the large American refrigerator was broken and the part had been ordered. There were neatly arranged large bags of ice cubes. That was fine for us. The owners (the daughter and son-in-law actually of those who take care of everything because the residents of the house are already of advanced age) do everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Very nice people, they also urged us to call with questions or if there was anything. The people who were in the house before us had reported pests around the house. They immediately called in pest control. We were told that it was mice or moles that were coming to eat the grapes. So we were asked to keep the windows and doors closed as much as possible. We discovered on the first evening that it was rats that were scurrying around. Especially on the roof and near the grapes. After three days, a weakened rat fell down onto the terrace. It became clear that rat poison had been used. A very slow and painful death. We have relieved the creature of its suffering and buried it. They were small rats, not fat sewer rats. Later that week, another one fell down. Really not fun! You are in the countryside, these creatures are common there, but rat poison is really a nasty way. Apparently very common because you can just buy it in the supermarket there. We didn't see them during the day. It didn't hinder our vacation, but we didn't like it. Due to the mediocre beds, we would not book this again. If you rent out your house to people who have saved for a nice vacation to relax, you really need to provide good beds. And Belvilla, update your information so that people see what they are booking in the app. And not have to read in the rental agreement afterwards that there is a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The owners do indicate this to you.

Great holiday home! It’s really cozy and has everything you need, The kids enjoyed the big garden and the mini billiard table, We also made some great memories at the nearby lake with paddle rentals, The only thing I’d say is the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall, it was a fantastic stay
