Located in Malaucène, this amazing villa is perfect for a weekend getaway. Ideal for a group, it can accommodate up to 10 guests and has 4 bedrooms. It has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to enjoy lovely evening sun. The pool is open all year round, unless the weather does not allow it. During the summer months the private pool can be heated (27 to 28 degrees during these months). The property is airconditioned and stays cool during summers.
The restaurant is 300 m from the stay whereas the local grocery store is 800 m from the home. Monteux Lake lies 4 km from the stay. Vaison la Romaine and Avignon are also worth a visit.
You can access the terrace to relish a steaming cup of coffee. Modern amenities like carport, storage, air to air heat pump, free WiFi, charcoal barbecue, fireplace and washing machine are provided for you to have a pleasant stay.
The check-in timings are between 4-6 PM and checkout-time is from 9-10 AM.

nice house, separate, modern decor, nice terrace and swimming pool. Cleaning was moderate, pans, crockery, cutlery and BBQ were not clean on arrival.

Beautiful house and surroundings. The interior is not always practical (kitchen, shower, no lock on toilet). The bbq and pool is wonderful. Near the Mont Ventoux.

Too bad there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The humidity causes mushrooms to grow on the woodwork in the bathroom. Furthermore, all comfort is present in the house, but a very special (bit impractical) layout of the kitchen and bathroom upstairs.

This rental villa is not worth its price!1. There is not enough ventilation in the house, so there is serious black mold behind the heating/cooling. The bathroom on the ground floor also does not have sufficient ventilation, so that mushrooms grow against the wall, and one has to shower with the door open, so to speak.2. The shower on the floor immediately floods, which means that the water simply runs into the hallway and then everything has to be mopped up. This is also dangerous, as this is a slippery floor. You simply cannot put a bath mat there, this is soaked after shower.3. When we arrived at the house, only 1 lounger was provided, although the photos via Belvilla showed otherwise. For 9 people (2 families), 1 lounger is not enough. Unfortunately, no effort was made to provide new sunbeds and/or umbrellas.4. Danger at the pool. Tiles had been removed/removed, making these serious holes/openings. Electricity wire still ran out, which is not really a logical combination with water (read danger for kids).5. Little privacy in the house: the toilet and bathrooms cannot be locked, the wooden walls are very noisy, the conversations in the adjacent bedroom can be followed without difficulty.6. The layout is very impractical: the stove is in a different corridor than the refrigerator = illogical + on arrival we had to defreeze the freezer first, because the door did not close properly. The freezer was completely "caked" with ice.7. The house has no comfort either: the beds are hard, we were happy to be able to go home, to sleep in a decent bed. The chairs in the dining room are not equipped with a cushion, you simply cannot sit on them, even small children found it difficult to sit on. The wooden walls in the bedrooms are also not ideal in terms of ventilation and health (our family had a runny nose or a stuffy nose, also due to lack of ventilation). In short: vo

Very well equipped villa, no savings on costs. Very satisfied with the location in the domain. Definitely recommended for those looking for peace and relaxation. Also certainly the ideal base for your cycling holiday in provence, since you are just at the foot of the mont ventoux, and there is enough space to store the bikes safely.

Environment is nice, house is okay. Some maintenance is needed, this has been reported but not addressed to date. (Leakage in the shower causing water to run into the hallway and toilet and very limited hot water) That's a shame. It is also good to indicate in the description of the house that the toilets and showers cannot be locked. I expect more from this type of house/price.

The location in Malaucene is top, beautiful view, nice restaurants at the foot of the Ventoux. The park where the house is located is neat, the house was disappointing. It is beautiful at first sight, however: the toilet and bathrooms cannot be locked, the wooden walls are very noisy, the conversations in the adjacent bedroom are easy to follow, the kitchen is very impractical with the refrigerator in another hallway placed than the rest of the kitchen (this means continuously dragging dishes), the hot water is gone after 2 showers and there is a leakage from the bathroom, which after reporting to the owner nothing has been done. (Because of this, after the shower, mop the hallway dry every time) Everything is a meow to fit, but it does not fit the expectations of the images, description and price. The house really has top holiday potential, but then it needs to be adjusted.
