La Bastide des Chênes enjoys a quiet and rural setting, only 2km from the old, eagle-nest village of Gordes. It's beautifully situated between old cork-oak trees and offers a lovely swimming pool (open from April to September, heated from April to mid-June and from mid-September, depending on the weather) with a paddling pool and sun terrace with loungers. There's also a reception, boules court and a central parking lot.

Gordes is a stunning historic town that attracts many tourists throughout the year.
The beautiful GR6 walking trail runs just outside the holiday park.
The Provence is typically French; there's always nice market or festival somewhere. Gordes is located at the foot of the magnificent Luberon mountains. There's a lot to choose from when it comes to day trips: the Borie village of Gordes, the abbey of Notre-Dame de Sénanque, the antiques village of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the Papal city of Avignon, the ‘red’ village of Roussillon with its ochre quarry and picturesque villages like La-Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Bonnieux or Lourmarin.

It was a small house. Was described as a 4 person house, but actually suitable for only 2 people. Park was nice and clean, well maintained. The service from the reception could be better, very limited info on arrival. Also no welcome pack, you have to arrange everything yourself.
