Discover this characterful villa, located in a quiet area. You are just 2 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, one of the pearls of Provence. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The lively town of Vaison, with cosy restaurants and nice shops, is one of the not-to-be-missed places in southern France. The city is crossed by the river Ouvèze. On the left bank is Haute-Ville, dating from the 13th century, with small shady squares and cobbled streets. Walking up, you can enjoy stunning views of the town, Mont Ventoux and the impressive Dentelles de Montmirail. The wine region is ideal for hiking, cycling or horse riding. Visit Séguret, 9 km away, or discover Avignon, Carpentras or Orange. For the kids, a day at Parc Spirou and Wave Island is worthwhile. Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its beautiful canals and antique shops, is also worth a visit. And don't miss the Sunday morning market in Nyons!
This elegant, well-maintained holiday home features an enclosed garden with beautiful trees. Take a dip in the private pool and enjoy relaxing hours on the sunny terrace.

The little house was wonderful, absolute calm, 20 minutes away. walk from the City.
Ideal for taking lovely walks with or without a dog.
The owners are very friendly.
We will happily come back...

Everything you need is in the house. It is such a charming place. Lovely village. Beautiful wisteria above the terrace. It is blooming at the moment with a wonderful smell. This is the place to relax.

On arrival the house was open and the keys were on the table. After telephone contact, the owner came to give some explanation. The house was clean. The beds are good. The living room / kitchen is moderate. The furniture is recycled quality. The lighting is mediocre and sometimes defective. The air con is fantastic. The location of the house is beautiful. There is a wonderful view of the castle of Crestet. Sun and shade can be chosen on the terrace. The outdoor furniture is simple with no more than reasonable comfort. The pool is great and well maintained. The immediate surroundings are beautiful, nature and culture provide an eye-pleasing mix. The Tuesday market in Vaison is a must, as are all the villages in the area.

Nice house, lots of privacy, swimming pool, place for a car in the shade, beautiful surroundings. Cons: very slow WiFi connection
Koen Blancquaert
Quiet area. (neighbors had canceled holiday so a windfall for our peace). Lots of privacy.

Beautiful and well-equipped holiday home, excellent swimming pool with plenty of natural shade. Certain kitchen equipment could be improved (eg coffee machine urgently needs descaling, no bread board found, pan does not fit on stove). Location close to the old part of Vaison-la-Romaine (within walking distance) is definitely an added value.

Nice lady, nice welcome. Well-equipped house that is quiet. Good beds, garden with lots of privacy. Too bad it was too cold to swim. House is near the town of Vaison-la-Romaine (walking is 2.5km). Surroundings are wonderful for walking. Booklet purchased at the Tourist Office with many walks. A natural cycling environment, but we do not.

It was a beautiful house with well-kept pool. Set against a beautiful rustic village

The location of the residence, high above Vaison itself, yet close, ensures privacy and comfort. A car is necessary.

We have been coming to this address almost every year since 2003. The arrival is always very enjoyable, because we can immediately get access to us and will be received as old acquaintances. The house itself is simple but equipped with all the comforts. The walled yard including swimming pool is a picture. Everything is well maintained. The surroundings are enchantingly beautiful for the lovers. The house is high above Vaison overlooking the Mont Ventoux. A car is necessary.

The house is nice, but one bedroom is a connecting room. One bedroom is accessible from the outside if you don't want to go through the connecting room. Unfortunately, everything is very old. The curtain rod fell off with a light touch. Everything is full of things that just take up space. The pots are completely chaotic, there are only a few usable ones among them. Crockery is plentiful, as is cutlery. What is missing are reasonably usable kitchen knives, a working garlic oresse. It would have been nice to have a few more towels. The showers are completely calcified and do not work properly.
We especially liked the cleanliness!
What we don't like at all is that we couldn't get in until 4 p.m., but had to leave at 9 a.m. - we paid for seven days and can only use the house for 6 days.

Very cozy house, all conveniences. We were there with 4 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of lounge chairs with cushions and a beautifully maintained pool. Beautiful surroundings! Everything perfect for a successful holiday. On arrival there was a wine and when leaving the house we got a big bundle of freshly cut lavender. The holiday feeling puts back its head every time I look at the now dried lavender.

It was our 2nd time in this house so this time we found the location quickly. A wonderfully peaceful environment completely private. There was even a bottle of wine in the refrigerator. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace under the wisteria and the refreshing pool. The village is also very cozy (not too big not too small) and there is a lot to see. The old part is very beautiful and remains of the Roman city are worth a visit. Do take an audioguide in the museum because without of course you only see stones. There is also a large market on Tuesday that really is worthwhile.

We enjoyed. Beautiful home. Fine weather. Our two dogs had great space. Cycled up Mont Ventoux twice. Quite an experience. Beautiful swimming pool. House was a bit dated. Everything was there but some lights were broken. In fridge and in extractor hood. Air con was excellent. Mooiw reproductions or paintings of the owner hang in the house. Definitely recommend. Been there 2 weeks

Vaison-la-Romaine is a beautiful place in an environment where a lot going on. Petite Maison is located a few kilometers outside the village, a little remote, but very peaceful so. Suitable for four people, with more it gets tricky. Good base for day trips.
