This child-friendly, spacious villa with a private swimming pool is on top of a hill near Fréjus/Saint Raphael on a 1000 m2 fenced private property, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful residential neighbourhood.
Fréjus is a nice beach resort with Roman remains and a lovely boulevard with outdoor cafes, shops and a harbour. You're just 10 minutes away from a beach, water amusement park and zoo. You can also go boating at St. Tropez.
From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Esterel nature reserve and the vineyards. Along with the pool, you'll find underwater benches, wonderful to sit on. On the adjacent covered terrace, you'll find a large dining table and a (gas) barbecue. There is a special children's corner in the garden, with a nice seat, a boules court, swing and frame. On the ground floor, opening to the swimming pool, you'll find a spacious American kitchen with a bar. Here, you'll also find two bedrooms, each with its bathroom.

Really nice surroundings with loads of nature and cosiness in the garden with various small spaces for relaxations. Very accommodating and friendly contact person. The description could mention that the showers are not made for tall people. The kitchen is not well equipped for passionate cooks. There could be more tea towels and towels in general. The pétanque court and equipment could be more well kept – not recommended for passionate pétanque players.

Very nice arrival, everything was pikfijn arranged. The port of Frejus has charmed us more than those of Saint Tropez. The villa was its well worth the price, highly recommended

Plus points: very quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, fully enclosed garden (great for dogs), swimming pool ok, friendly owners, shops easily and quickly accessible, safe place for two cars
Minus points: no air conditioning (would be a huge advantage during the very hot days ... and nights), no hairdryer (despite three bathrooms), generally clean but sanitary facilities a bit outdated

The accommodation was fine, nice garden with swimming pool, sun loungers, large outdoor table with good seats and a fixed barbecue. Very tastefully decorated house and garden. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well catered for for a holiday home. The dog was also allowed to be very nice and also safe because the garden is completely fenced. Unfortunately, there is no easy, large couch or comfortable chairs to sit on when the weather is not good. We unfortunately had a lot of rain and it was therefore easy to sit inside. Also the satellite TV often left much to be desired, especially with bad weather and that is a shame because then you make more use of the TV.

Nice well kept villa. Slightly outdated but with a lot of charm. Everything was there to have a nice holiday. Ideal for both the swimming pool and the garden. Beautiful seating areas. Peaceful location and yet not far from the place (butcher / baker ...). All known places at short distance (max 60 km for example St Paul de Vence). Ideal for people with children / pet.Minpoints are rented with garage but you do not have to leave the owner ..... for a big car it would not even go. The borders are very unfriendly and they do not even have to park on the highway for even a minute. (Eg to load or unload) There were also two bedrooms without toilet but fortunately with a shower. Summary price / quality definitely recommended.

Upon arrival we were told that the fridge down in the villa was broken and that after the weekend a new could be placed so half of our stay without fridge and bad working freezer downstairs in the villa also the villa was not as modern as indicated on the photos and he lay verde of the beach than shown ....... certainly not worth his money
