We offer you a lovely, in typical new modern style furnished detached luxury villa with high quality furniture and all imaginable comfort: separate toilet/bath, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pyrolytic oven, 3x fridge and freezer, blender, kettle, 4-plate induction, extra sink and exit to the garage. Washing machine. The 4 bedrooms have comfortable beds with built-in wardrobes, the 55m² living room/living room has modern furniture, table, secretary, and exits to the terrace, the covered terrace and the front door. Parkvilla St.Raphael with pool and garden
First of all, thank you to the Brouwer family, especially to you, Mr. Brouwer, for everything working out so well again. Thank you.
The 4 of us, ranging from 7 to 53 years old, from southern Germany had planned a short vacation, which turned into 9 very beautiful and relaxing days. We arrived and from the first moment, it felt like coming home. Everything necessary for daily needs was available. The essential items were clean. What we would have liked is the water floor robot that cleans the pool areas, as the Mistral and swimming leave some residue. We were very happy there and can only recommend it if you want to truly relax. Your family H/B from southern Germany.

Beautiful days at Villa Brouwer
We (8 people, including 3 children) rented Villa Brouwer in St. Raphael for 2 weeks in October. Since the whole financial transaction of the rent was only handled by the Brouwer family, our biggest worry at the beginning was that we would transfer money and the villa would not even exist or not belong to the Brouwer family. However, we were somewhat reassured by the very nice contact via email and telephone. Even a personal contact with the Brouwer family would have been possible, but was not possible because of the distance. And as it turned out, the villa really does exist and we also got our deposit back in full and immediately
We were pleasantly surprised by the villa and its size. We were able to distribute ourselves well in the 4 bedrooms and in no room did we feel cramped. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom. For the other two bedrooms there was an extra bathroom. In addition, there are two separate toilets
The kitchen is located in the living room and has all the appliances you need (e.g. coffee machine, coffee pad machine, induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, etc.). Freezer is next door in the garage. Sufficient crockery was also available. The dining table with 8 chairs did not cause any crowding either
All important German TV channels were available, which is not a matter of course in France
The terrace, garden and swimming pool are also beautiful. 5 sunbeds and additional garden chairs are available. Electric awnings, an electric barbecue and a large table make outdoor meals a pleasure. Everything is maintained by the neighbour, who would also be the first contact person in case of problems (but we had none, everything was in perfect order). We picked up the key from the neighbour on the evening of our arrival
The neighbour is also Dutch and we were able to communicate with him in German
There is also information material in German about all the equipment and about excursions along the coast. Especially excursions to the Massif d'Esterel, which is only a few kilometres away, are highly recommended
The beaches in Agay and St. Raphael are also very beautiful. There is a large supermarket 3 kilometres away
Anyone who has been to the Cote d'Azur will be thrilled and happy to come back. And we were so impressed by Villa Brouwer that we will definitely rent it again.
