This newly-renovated 3-bedroom holiday home in La Seyne-sur-Mer comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. With numerous beaches within 4 km, you can enjoy both relaxation and fun by the sea. The property also features a balcony and a garden, ideal for warm gatherings with loved ones.

Just 1 km away is the lively Plage des Sablettes, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. At 2 km, Plage de Fabrégas offers waterfront dining with local cuisine, while Funnyland Amusement Park nearby is sure to delight the kids. For a bit of excitement, Casino JOA La Seyne is 3 km away. We had a wonderful family getaway in this holiday cottage! A short walk to Sablettes beach made it perfect for our kids. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.
