Although the typical southern French appearance of the house on the outside suggests a bit of aging, the inside of the house was very modern, nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessities. Both the homeowner and the caretaker (both called Jean-Pierre) are super-friendly people who do everything to make their guests enjoy an unforgettable stay. The villa is fantastic: superbly furnished, very clean, lots of comfort (everything you could possibly need is available), the swimming pool is wonderfully warm so that you can enjoy it at all times of the day / night. In the garden you also have an outdoor shower, a petanque court, a cozy terrace under a tree, a gas BBQ, etc ... In Callian itself you have several supermarkets, bakers, etc .... so that you can always do your shopping easily . They sell delicious products there !! You can walk to the village in 20 minutes, at a leisurely pace, since there are many slopes in that area. In the village itself you have 4 restaurants, so you can go out for dinner in the evening. We went to the coast for a day, to Fréjus. We also went rafting in the George Du Verdon, and also we have done Canyoning in George Du Loup.A visit to different villages with beautiful views of the valley are of course also possible.The WIFI also works very well in the house.For us this house was TOP !!

We had a very good family holiday at the beginning of July. The children (7 and 11) were delighted. We were made very welcome by the owner J.-P, very conscientious and very friendly. He gave us great advice on restaurants, outings and tours. J.-P takes great care of his tenants !! We very much appreciated on our arrival the provision of very good quality linen, the beds made, the American fridge (with ice cubes) with some cold drinks, the gifts for all the family, the large garden, the superb swimming pool and the calm of the neighborhood. All the necessary equipments are present.The swimming pool is very clean and neat. The owner maintains the swimming pool and the garden daily and checks the water quality on a regular basis. Very nice view from the kitchen of Callian, a small hilltop village 15 minutes walk from the house. In Callian we found a very good bakery and butcher. There are a lot of activities in the region for children (cave visit, tree climbing, laser game, treasure hunt, pedal boat and other activities on Lake Saint-Cassien ect ...). The site is completely closed with the advantage that at least two vehicles can be placed within the fence. The terraces outside and the outdoor seat cushion could be cleaner. The pool was fantastic where the grandchildren and ourselves enjoyed it very much. It is a quiet and nice location with beautiful Callian in the immediate vicinity. The remote mountain village of Callian is a 20 minute walk away - a bit steep - but very worthwhile. From the kitchen window and garden you have a great view of the beautiful village. The other nearby beautiful villages are worthwhile for a visit by car or by bike who likes it mountainous. Everywhere we met only nice people in this area. We were in the house with 4 people at the beginning of September and felt completely at ease. The house is in very good condition and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of inventory and amenities. Even the fridge wasn't empty on arrival. The highlight is the large pool that we used every day. If there was a question about the house or the area, our attentive hostess was always on hand to help and advice Local people were very touched and this stay was given a special priority. very warm welcome, the villa has many advantages, we appreciated the provision of linen (quality) and the beds made (suggestions: enough to put the shampoo in the shower, hang the towels, a small fridge is missing in the annex because when everything is closed they no longer have access to the kitchen) We thought we had found a haven of peace but the villa is in a heavily inhabited enclosure, so noises are easily heard and above all we regret that our owner did not warn us that he was doing work in the villa next door, so bad surprise early on Monday and every day before 8am until Friday 8pm .... The villa was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family getaway. We appreciated the proximity to the village to buy fresh bread every morning. The petanque court added a fun touch to our evenings.

The host was very friendly, helpful and yet discreet. The house was very clean, and offered a lot of privacy and luxury for 2 couples. The garden with the roses was beautiful and the pool lovely. Small minus: the kitchen without an extractor hood and with fairly limited material.

Fantastic Villa in a beautiful spot in the South of France! Ideal holiday destination to relax in the Callian area. The touristic places such as Frejus, Saint-Rappael and Grasse can also be reached within half an hour! Also through this road we would like to endorse the hospitality of the owner (JP) once again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Isclawa! The private pool was a highlight, and the views of Callian were simply breathtaking. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the terrace and enjoying the scenery. Can't wait to return!

Arrival was warm, friendly people, clear explanation. English is difficult for them, luckily my husband can speak French very well, so it went well. There are already some groceries ready, such as water, fruit, soft drinks, etc., very nice!

Both the homeowner and the caretaker (both called Jean-Pierre) are super-friendly people who do everything to make their guests enjoy an unforgettable stay. The villa is fantastic: superbly furnished, very clean, lots of comfort (everything you could possibly need is available), the swimming pool is wonderfully warm so that you can enjoy it at all times of the day / night. In the garden you also have an outdoor shower, a petanque court, a cozy terrace under a tree, a gas BBQ, etc ... In Callian itself you have several supermarkets, bakers, etc .... so that you can always do your shopping easily . They sell delicious products there !! You can walk to the village in 20 minutes, at a leisurely pace, since there are many slopes in that area. In the village itself you have 4 restaurants, so you can go out for dinner in the evening. We went to the coast for a day, to Fréjus. We also went rafting in the George Du Verdon, and also we have done Canyoning in George Du Loup.A visit to different villages with beautiful views of the valley are of course also possible.The WIFI also works very well in the house.For us this house was TOP !!

We had a very good family holiday at the beginning of July. The children (7 and 11) were delighted. We were made very welcome by the owner J.-P, very conscientious and very friendly. He gave us great advice on restaurants, outings and tours. J.-P takes great care of his tenants !! We very much appreciated on our arrival the provision of very good quality linen, the beds made, the American fridge (with ice cubes) with some cold drinks, the gifts for all the family, the large garden, the superb swimming pool and the calm of the neighborhood. All the necessary equipments are present.The swimming pool is very clean and neat. The owner maintains the swimming pool and the garden daily and checks the water quality on a regular basis. Very nice view from the kitchen of Callian, a small hilltop village 15 minutes walk from the house. In Callian we found a very good bakery and butcher. There are a lot of activities in the region for children (cave visit, tree climbing, laser game, treasure hunt, pedal boat and other activities on Lake Saint-Cassien ect ...). We were in the house with 4 people at the beginning of September and felt completely at ease. The house is in very good condition and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of inventory and amenities. Even the fridge wasn't empty on arrival. The highlight is the large pool that we used every day. If there was a question about the house or the area, our attentive hostess was always on hand to help and advice Local people were very touched and this stay was given a special priority. On our arrival we were able to find a basic equipment of food beautifully decorated in the kitchen! Absolutely fantastic !!! The villa, the large garden with great, huge and warm pool, is wonderful and very clean, very well maintained and more than beautiful! The remote mountain village of Callian is a 20 minute walk away - a bit steep - but very worthwhile. From the kitchen window and garden you have a great view of the beautiful village. The other nearby beautiful villages are worthwhile for a visit by car or by bike who likes it mountainous. Everywhere we met only nice people in this area. We can only recommend this villa; a fantastic holiday week is behind us! Here the farewell fell hard ... Thanks to the nice owners!

Very well received by Jean François. Very sweet person, who carries out his "job" as a maintainer with great pleasure and thoroughly. Although the typical southern French appearance of the house on the outside suggests a bit of aging, the inside of the house was very modern, nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessities. The house itself was OK. In the house it was very neat, with good beds and very nice bed linen as well as plenty of towels. The very well working air conditioning was very welcome. The site is completely closed with the advantage that at least two vehicles can be placed within the fence. The terraces outside and the outdoor seat cushion could be cleaner. The pool was fantastic where the grandchildren and ourselves enjoyed it very much. It is a quiet and nice location with beautiful Callian in the immediate vicinity. The person in charge was super friendly and, if necessary, was ready to help at any time.
