Perfectly located in natural surroundings, in Le Luc, this holiday home provides the perfect escape to vacationers! With 3-bedrooms to accommodate 5, it is perfect for a family. The beautiful home features a private swimming pool to beat the heat and terrace for relaxed days. The house has a terrace with a summer kitchen, which is very pleasant for cooking (gas fire, open fireplace, BBQ) and eating (large table). Next to it is a lovely garden with beautiful plants and garden furniture.

This house is located about 3 km from Le Luc, a friendly place with everything you need: shops, market, bank, post office, tennis, Midget Golf, swimming pool, but also cafes, terraces and restaurants (13 km). Heading north you'll be immersed in beautiful Provence, with jewels of villages dotted across the countryside. During one of your excursions, don't forget the Gorges du Verdon. Heading south-east we continue to the coast at Port-Grimaud (39km) with St Tropez 5km away.

The interior is antique. But very nice and very genuine as the owner is an antique dealer. His antique shop is across the street and his house is in the back. In the summer he goes away for four months, closes the shop and rents out his house. The yard on the side of the shop is a bit messy but the kids can have a good time there. But you live on the other side, where you can admire the wooded hills with the vineyards on your side.

The owners are there to greet you and introduce you to the house.
One person lives on site in an unopposed studio and is available to assist you during your stay should you require it. Don't hesitate to ask her for good tips as she knows the area very well.

The owner used to have an antique shop at home. This can be found in the interior of the house. The garden and the swimming pool are fantastic! The dog also loved the garden! He was able to stroll around and just follow his nose. Be careful not to let your dog run away! He can crawl underneath the fence in several places. Fortunately our dog was doing well. Another dog may need to be attached to a long line. The first day, when it became dark, wild boars appeared. They came to eat acorns and fruits that had fallen from the trees. In the garden there are lamps with a sensor that switch on when there is movement. We went inside and watched this spectacle from the inside behind the window. Great and exciting to see! There is a great bakery in le Luc! He sells delicious brioche filled with tuna, egg, lettuce and tomato. We enjoyed a sunny week with temperatures of 30C! There is plenty to do in the area if you just take the car. The owner and his wife are very nice. They come to sleep in the guesthouse the night before you deliver the house. We have not had any further problems with that.

On the pictures this house looks nice both inside and outside. In fact, the garden is really nice, only by the large size. And in the summer the pool will undoubtedly be delicious. But the house itself is below the standard as we have used to for years of Topic Travel. The house is full of old stuff, but the term "antiques" is really misplaced. It's probably impossible to get a house really clean, and that's not the way we arrived. The beds, mattresses plus bedding are very old and very long, and you notice that. The house is usually inhabited by the landlords themselves and that is visible because the house is full with the "own" things of the residents, not only tableware and pans (which can be useful) but also wardrobes, bathroom cabinets and the like (and that was rather confrontational and on the other hand extremely inconvenient) It gives you the feeling that you are staying somewhere rather than renting a house. Is there anything positive about it? Yes, when we came home at night and we could not open the front door (the lock is "antique" and blocked regularly), the landlord's son was there within 10 minutes of our call to fix it. And a positive point of completely different order we found it very fun that there were six young wild boar almost every afternoon in the garden after snuggling back and forth after about 10 minutes.

Friendly owner, very warm house when the outside temperature exceeds 35 degrees, Beautiful house with beautiful old stuff. Good complete equipment in the house, no lack of, lovely swimming pool with different seating areas. Table tennis in the front yard. In the immediate area there is little to do. If you drive a little further (40-60 min) enough activities, cozy coastal towns, cave, canoeing. In the evening there were swimmers visiting the garden, very nice.

The passed address did not match the place we were told to cause some time loss. Friendly people on reception.

minus points owners do not speak English as opposed to the promise at the site of Belvilla, house was moderately clean, no air con which house is warm but the worst are the mosquitoes! Windows closed despite heat but stays outside in the afternoon / evening is a disaster. Daughter had 80 mosquito bites and we are 50 and 60. No mosquito nets. Never unfortunately atmosphere at home was nice. Windfall surely wifi itt site Belvilla. We understood why owners rent out their house in July and August, escape mosquitoes !!!

Nice area, good house. Only some things broken or dirty from use (eg dishwasher leaked). It's a house full of old stuff, one that has a museum vibe. You're either for it or you're not for it. Very friendly owners. Good to relax.
