Resting in the picturesque village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, set on the Côte d'Azur, this is a 3-bedroom villa. You will be staying in your own little paradise with a private heatable swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful terrace by the Mediterranean. A total of 6 persons, be it a family or group of friends can stay here.
The villa offers panoramic views across the Mediterranean, the Golden Isles, St Clair, and Aiguebelle. The hilly surroundings are perfect for walks, with plenty of colorful flora to enjoy. At only 300 m from the villa, you have restaurants and supermarkets. You can go swimming, surfing, or sunbathing on the seabeach at 800 m. Also, watch sunsets and play beach volleyball. The town center is 5 km if you wish to go shopping or enjoying local life.
The villa has reversible air-conditioning. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy barbecued meals and unwind in the lounge set. There is a private parking lot and a double garage.

Before we got there, we were in contact with the Dutch-speaking owner, who shared a lot of useful information with us. He did everything he could to make our stay as good as possible and we were able to reach him very quickly in case of any questions. On arrival we could immediately enjoy the fantastic view! The cottage is very well furnished, all facilities were available. The kitchen was brand new and equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker ... In both parts of the house there is also air conditioning. Breakfast with a sea view... I don't think you will get used to it quickly. What a fantastic experience! Around the pool there is always a spot in the shade or in the sun. And when there is a little wind, you can always find a spot where there is no wind. At the back you can cross to a path that leads you via a short but steep climb to a nice view over Hyères and Porquerolles. Along that road you can also walk to the beaches of Cabasson and Brégançon. On the domain of Gaou Bénat itself there is a shop, beach bar and restaurant. You can also play tennis and do some water sports (sailing, SUP, kayak). Other water sports (such as diving and Jetski) can be found in La Favière (5 km). In Le Lavandou you can take the ferry to Ile de Levant and/or Port-Cros. Everything is here to experience a fantastic holiday, whether you want peace and tranquility or adventure... We will definitely come back here !

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful region. The villa is equipped with every comfort, is well maintained, has a beautiful Mediterranean garden, beautiful swimming pool, beautiful terraces.
Located in a beautiful domain.
The residence can be kept fresh (air conditioning) in (very) hot weather, the accommodation also offers plenty of shaded areas throughout the day. On the other hand, sunbathers will always find their place.
A great asset of this villa is the view. The view can only be described as: "breathtakingly beautiful, fantastic, idyllic" !!!
Special mention also for the host and hostess (landlords): they really do everything they can to ensure that guests have the best possible holiday. They are always available and ready.
We will enjoy the memories of this wonderful holiday for a long time to come.
We unanimously give a ten! 10/10!

We thought it was a great advantage that there was a separate studio with bathroom where our (almost adult) children had their own space. The house has plenty of (shadow) places to sit. The house has a lovely swimming pool. On the domain is a shop with a caterer where they sell good quality food and fresh dishes. The beach belonging to the domain offers plenty of options: swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, canoeing and sailing. There is also a lot to see and do in the immediate vicinity. The contact with the owner was very pleasant. In short, a wonderful holiday on the Côte d "Azur!
