Located in the upper part of Evian, Résidence Les Chalets d'Evian consists of about twenty wooden chalets (of up to 3 floors), each offering several apartments. The residence is located 3.5 km. from the center of Evian-les-Bains. The beautiful Lake Geneva is therefore at your feet.
This apartment is located in a three-story chalet, accessible by elevator. It is nicely furnished and finished with lots of wood. The living room has a TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a single fold-out bed and a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet.
Outside you will find a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture. There is parking for your car in the general parking lot.

Evian is in the northern part of the Haute-Savoie. The town is in a beautiful position between Lake Leman and the mountains. It is especially well known for the famous Evian Mineral Water and its thermal spas. Evian is a dynamic town where spa guests, golfers, sports enthusiasts, lovers of good food and romantics feel at home all year round. You?ll find a casino, museums, walking routes, a marina, golf course (Evian Masters Golf), a riding school and more in and around Evian.
There are two ski-stations in the near vicinity. Thollon les Mémises has 16 km of ski runs, a snow park and a 6 km cross-country circuit. Bernex has 16 ski runs for all levels and 3 walking routes for snow shoes. The apartment complex is in the higher part of Evian. This means that many of the apartments enjoy delightful views of the lake.

Park is nice and beautiful, this apartment had very bad beds, were really worn out. Accommodation with a view is recommended.

ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH, BUT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SIZE OF THE CHALET. CONSIDERING IT WAS ADVERTISED FOR 2-4 PEOPLE, IT WAS VERY SMALL FOR 4 PEOPLE, AND NOT POSSIBLE TO ENTERTAIN FRIENDS.
